Canon PowerShot G10 review

Disadvantages: chunky, not very stylish, not as portable as other cameras

...I recently bought one of these at an expensive price. I shall explain some features and my feedback to this item below. The 14.7-megapixel G10 replaces the PowerShot G9 at the top end of the clever compact space. It's a chunky beast of a camera, as you'll see in your pictures, but still smaller than a dSLR with comparable power and flexibity. ...Eternal - Power of a Woman One of my favourite girl bands from old were Eternal (this is probably showing my age a bit but oh well). They were popular before The Spice Girls, Girls Aloud etc and I think one of the reasons why they were successful was because they could actually sing and had some lovely harmonies, with beautiful voices that all worked well together. They were also all very pretty as well so I'm sure this added to their success. Eternal were formed in 1992 and eventually ceased as a band around the year 2000. The group consisted of four members, Easther and Vernie Bennett who were sisters, Kelle Bryan and Louise Nurding. You'll need to be a die hard AC/DC fan to like it

Advantages: Play and sing along to a band that truly defined rock music.
Disadvantages: An expensive add-on for an already expensive game. Wii version lacks features.

Where previous games let you do vocals and guitar respectively, Rock Band lets you do both and you can have a go on the drums too. It's a ludicrously expensive game if you want to get the most out of it. A full set of instruments costs around £90, and the game another £30; you could almost buy an Xbox 360 for that, and you might well want to given that the Wii version is rather cut down. Given that the more recent editions of Guitar Hero offer a similar experience, with mutually incompatible equipment, it can be an expensive business if you're into these kinds of games. Time for some AC/DC

Advantages: Good comeback! Certain tracks have brillaint lyrics and vocals.
Disadvantages: 2 songs sound the same, and more of blues

...'s 50! At least he's listenable again! The third reason is that the production is by George Young and it's pretty awesome. Maybe not quite as distorted and headsmashing as their peak work, but full of great energy, separation, volume and even the drums sound great. Its the kind of album that could honestly win back AC/DC all the fans that they lost when Bon passed away. Good stuff from one of the greatest hard rock bands of all time However- They're more groove oriented with subtle hooks which isnt bad, but where'd all the good old AC/DC stuff go?! one of the tracks get me particularly excited. Some of the songs sound just the same. Stiff Upper Lip is a decent album, but it's also frustrating because AC/DC were capable of so much more. The Power of 3 compells you!

Advantages: Works the whole body, fun, well instructed,
Disadvantages: Only if you don't like Davina, legs section is HARD!

...In my recent quest to lose weight and get fitter I've become something of a workout DVD addict! I've now worked my way through all of Davina's output, sampled Charlie Brooks and now moving onto Nell McAndrew (only for the brave!) But Davina's are so far my favourite, with her Super Body Workout topping my list, but the Power of 3 coming a close second. The Power of 3 was Davina's first DVD and is just over an hour long, moving through 3 different sections - legs, arms, and abs. It uses interval training to get the heart rate up before performing different exercises intended to tone up the muscles and lose the flab. If you've used the Super Sculpt on Super Body you'll be familiar with interval training and for me, this is a great way to work out as I hate being too out of breath. ...I recently recieved a Canon PowerShot SX10 for my birthday, i am very pleased with the quality of this camera. The pictures that it takes are of wonderful quality and you don't have to wait on the delay like alot of those cameras out there. Ever since i recieved the camera i have started selling my pictures, and have actually been making money for pictures that i take when i'm bored simply because the quality of the pictures are so good. This camera is very sleek and stylish and fits in your hands like a camera should. It is very comfortable to use and i is also very lightweight and portable making it easy to move around with and not get tired of holding in your hands. This camera is extremely worth the money and i would definately say that if you are in the market for a new camera then this is the one for you....
