DisadvantagesSome rather nasty prejudices are dressed up in academic jargon here, weird English in translation

..., but it's a big building with cellars and strong walls for keeping people out (or in?) and strange mediaeval customs, and fancy dress, so there's not a lot of difference. Then there's the University proper: the academics. They know nothing about the vats where the candles are artistically made and melted. They know nothing about the kitchens so long as they function and provide 5 to 8 good meals...
