Advantages: fast acting, friendly to the skin, no pain, quick and easy, easy to get

Freederm from acne...? This gets pretty close

Advantages: It does clear spots, makes the skin condition better, non-staining, non-sticky
Disadvantages: The price, Works mainly on red, inflammed spots.

...I started using Freederm gel about 2 months ago, I basically figured, give it a go, after all, I'm 23 and still getting quite a lot of spots! It cost £8.75, which is a lot of money, but you do get a lot for your money. Only a thin layer is needed over the affected areas, so the tube of 25g really does last for a long time. I noticed an improvement straight away, the red spots looked smaller and less sore. The product claims to be "a treatment for mild to moderate acne" with "an anti-inflammatory", this I think is where they stick to their promises because it does seem to have an anti-inflammatory effect on the sore, red spots very quickly. But better than that, my whole face seemed much clearer and fresher looking. I noticed at Boots that the label called it "treatment for acne and acne scars". It was the treatment...

Living With Spots Can Be Devastating-My Experience Of Acne.

Disadvantages: So many as they occur just when teenagers have so much life to live.

She said she had it too but never said how she had felt-more concentrating on the idea that nobody was perfect and that I should accept it, and so I kept my thoughts inside. Freederm Acne Gel

...I saw this acne gel at my local chemist and thought i would give it a try as i had seen an advert for it and had heard about it before from a friend. The packaging is white and blue and is simple but nice and the tube the gel comes in is a plastic white tube, its easy to control how much you squeeze out and you can easily get just a tiny amount out each time unlike with some other tubes where loads comes out and then is wasted. One medium sized tube cost me £8.95, which is fairly expensive but you only need to apply a little to the problem area and i brought mine well over a month ago and have loads left so i should imagine one tube will last 3 to 4 months or so.. The Ingredients Nicotinamide which gives the anti-inflammatory effect that calms swelling and redness and it also contains aluminium, silicate, magnesium...

Worst Acne Treatment ever

...Having suffered from acne since I was a young teenager, I am now 27 and am still getting it. I was having a bad breakout so thought that I'd try this Freederm after seeing it on the TV. I have been treated with benzoyl peroxide and although I found this helped my spots, it dried my skin out so badly and bleached my bed clothes so I stopped using it. I have tried almost everything else as well I was expecting this new product to be different and effective like the advertising says, however, not only has my acne not improved, but is now one of the worst I have ever experienced. I am not allergic to any of the ingredients in this product before someone suggests that I might be! ...i bought this product yesterday and also the murad spray. i had a bad breakout of acne on my back a few days ago, and i havent had a breakout like this since i was in my early teens!! (im 24 now). I read about Murad products just by browsing on the internet and was going to buy the products online. Then on the same day found the products in my local Boots store.
