dermalogica active moist lotion

Advantages: lovely smell, verry hyrdating and lightweight
Disadvantages: have to use with other dermalogica products not so good on its own

...dermalogica active moist is recommended for skin prone to oiliness and is a lightweight lotion which provides daily moisture protection to combat surface dehydration. It contains silk amino acids, and natural botanicals of lemon, cucumber and burdock with no artificial colour or fragrance. It comes in a slim white tube - i do hate pot moisturisers they seem so unhygienic so this was great in that respect and it really lasts for ages despite the steep prices dermalogica products do work out to be quite economical over a long period. Always get your skin mapped by a dermalogica professional before purchasing to avoid all that trial and error when you start using a new regime. EA sports Active Wii, a workout that wil shape any couch potato

Advantages: Strict and challanging workouts but the wide range will keep you interested and motivated.
Disadvantages: The wii balance board would be useful for some tasks (extra cost).

...and hard. So if like me you are not physically fit, you can choose the easier setting and work your way up. But i can not stress enough that easy is NOT easy. The aim of the game is to get you fit and this it does!! EA Sports Active comes with the game disc, a Wii Nunchuk with a thigh band that tracks running, and a stretch resistance band for lunging and weightlifting. Your own wii remote will be used for such things as throwing and punching. The Wii balance boad is not an essential requirement but i find it is helpful with a number of activities. Th package also has a workout calendar, it can track your calorie losses and even asks questions about your diet. Compared to other computer games this is sure to get you motivated and possibly lose a good few pounds!...

No sitting on your arse on this holiday

Advantages: Thrilling, adrenalin rush, NO boredom holiday
Disadvantages: Too short and sometimes rather hot

...I have just spent a week in the Sierra Nevada mountains in Andalucia in Spain doing a multi-activity holiday. It was absolutely excellent and I recommend it to everybody on the planet! It was an Exodus holiday (Exodus.co.uk) and I am simply delighted with its outcome. I booked over the internet which was a first for me and I had zero problems here as well. I was always kept informed by Exodus and my tickets and everything else necessary for my hols arrived on schedule. The flights were British Airways from Glasgow to Heathrow and Iberian from Heathrow to Malaga in Spain. I could have arranged to fly direct myself but didn't want the hassle quite frankly and, although probably a little more expensive and time consuming, I had no problems with either airline (apart from a delay with the check in at Iberia at Heathrow). As we unpacked the activity gym it looked relatively simple to assemble, as it was really just a case of slotting the panels together but don?t be fooled! ...Dermalogica active moist is a moisturiser best used on skin with excess oil production. It is a light weight oil free lotion for daily us that combats dehydration. It is sheer, easy to apply and sinks in to the skin without a trace leaving it feelin really moisturised. It contains silk amino acids and plant extracts to help smooth skin and improve its texture. It also contains lemon, burdock and cucumber to help refine the skin. Dermalogica say that you should apply this lotion twice a day after cleansing and toning and this should be done using upward strokes. They then say for best results this should be used after the facewash and multi active toner and moisturiser (please see my other reviews). Advantages: Interesting to see the human interactions, good entertainment and fun to watch
Disadvantages: Boring narrator, some families are permitted to 'bail out' and not participate to the full
