The activity gym as shown in the picture is made up of four side panels, each with holes in for the child to climb through. There is a small bright pink slide and a blue floor, which the children can go under or climb on to go down the slide. As we unpacked the activity gym it looked relatively simple to assemble, as it was really just a case of slotting the panels together but don’t be fooled! ...I found Active Mobility via Google. I was after a replacement for my Quickie GPV. I contacted AM and other Sunrise Medical dealers for a quote. As AM came backl with the best price, I chose to use them. In the early days up to ordering the chair, the help I received was second to none. Unfortuneately, when the chair arrived it was completely the wrong specification. Incidentally, the chair was received by myself in August 03. After consultation with AM, a second chair was ordered, when it arrived in October 03, it too was incorrect. It is fair to say that Active Mobility were at this stage going on the specification that was held by the manufacturer Sunrise Medical. ...Galt Activity Cube This was one of the first toys I bought for Jack when he was really too small to play with it. The fact was it was cheap but looked good. Since he has had it a while I thought it about time I did a review of it also I liked the toy so much I bought two for Christmas, one each for one of my friends babies. I bought the activity cube from Amazon for £5.99 pence and of course had to pay a small fee for post and packaging. I have not seen this particular activity cube for sale anywhere else although these are so many products that are similar out on the market. The cube arrived with a few days and on opening the posting box it came in the cube was held in a handled plastic container. ...I was doing my shopping and needed some washing up liquid. I can accross Fairy active foam and didn't have a clue what it was, I never saw it advertised. I decided to try it , i was fed up of the same washing up liquid and wanted a change. I must say i was not disappointed, to start with it's very easy to use. All you need is a sponge, a running tap, dirty dishes and one pump of Fairy Active Foam. Fairy Active Foam cuts through grease without soaking. The revolutionary dosing pump releases just the right amount of foam. The pumpn is more or less similar to the pump used for liquid soap dispenser may br a bit larger. To get the full benefit the pump should be applied directly to the dish or the sponge. ...Pampers are the leading brand i think when it comes to nappies and the active fit range are a definite credit to them...true they are slightly pricier than other nappy brands but they are definitely worth it in my opinion.My son is a very active little boy and wriggles pretty much morning til night and certain other brands hadnt been able to contain the leaks (through the leg,waistband etc ) These do the job with ease !! Never have i had to put a new change of clothes on due to leakage !! He is comfy in them from what i can see as there are never any red marks on his legs or waist which to me are markers of an ill fitted nappy. The stretchy tabs on the nappies are fab they stretch for miles...Ok slight exageration but you get my drift. ...The title of this album does not refer to "radioactivity" but "radio-activity". This is therefore a concept album exploring the cocepts of broadcast communication, or "radio-activity", getting it? This is their first truely "techno-pop" record. The title track is their first recorded in English, and what can i say? It's great, clipped pianos, eerie vocals, and fantastic synths. This record uses many of the classic kraftwerk instruments - the big moog synthesisor, vocoded vocals, rhythmic drumming, and great melodies. My only complaint about this album has to be its length - just over 35 minutes, and much of that time is spent in eerie, atmospheric silence, or the blips of "geiger counter". ...I think my quest for the perfect day moisturiser has stopped at Olay active hydrogel, and the funny thing is I stumbled upon it quite by accident. After a recent trip to Boots I was pleased to receive a free voucher for the value of certain skincare products including Olay. After trying to find my normal daily moisturiser and having no luck, I picked up the 'Active Hydrogel', wow I thought a day moisturiser in a gel. As I'd never tried a facial gel before I thought I'd give it a whirl. I currently use a hydrating night cream so thought it would work along the same lines i.e. hydrating my skin hence less dryness. Also, as it cost £5.25, I thought I couldn't lose at paying 25p for a well-known brand of moisturiser. To my disappointment, when I got to the till, the lady told me that the voucher didn't cover that particular product... Read review

...As a first time buyer, I had spent months browsing endlessly on the Internet for the best deals. It all seems very complicated when your new to it all, rates, flexible, capped etc. My requirements narrowed lenders down quite a bit, as I required a 100% mortgage and the fact I was under the age of 21, therfor i was a bit sceptical when browsing, as I had never heard of many of the names advertised, but at the same time Id never been looking for mortgages so what did I know? I came across First Active, whom just happened to be at the top of the search page, luckily for me. They were offering a 4.7% fixed rate mortgage for 5 years, so this was brilliant news as previously the lenders were averaging around 6% just becuase I wanted a 100% mortage. ...I took out a mortgage with First Active in October 2005, I used an independant mortgage advisor and they returned the best results. The fees were £300 for a level 2 Property Inspection and £95 start-up fee. The interest rate is guaranteed for 2 years to be 0.05 above the base rate, obviously its a variable rate. I would say the overall package offered by First Active was good on paper but they struggled to match this with their customer service. For example I haven't had a mortgage statement through atall since the start of the mortgage - this is a minor failing though. The largest source of concern came with them sending out their mortgage pack which you have to sign and return. They managed to waste just over a week by twice sending this pack to the wrong address. This is despite me calling them and checking the address with them... Read review
