I could have 1-day lenses, which you dispose of every day, weekly lenses, or monthly lens. Initially when I first started wearing lenses, I opted for the Acuvue 2 lenses which are designed to be worn for either an entire week (keeping the lenses in at night) or for two weeks (if you take the lenses out and soak them overnight).
