Hello DGL-4300
Review of D-Link DGL-4300 GamerLounge Wireless 108G Gaming Router - wireless router by
gingerking69
Advantages: Fast, secure and great for gamers
Disadvantages: A bit complicated to set up for the novice
...Well after struggling with my Linksys router for the last 2 years, and it's constant crashes and disconnects, I stumbled across this router. It claims to be aimed at the computer gamer, with easy options to allow you to play your favourite online games. I found the appealing, as most routers are terrible when it comes to online gaming. I'm sure the gamers reading this will be used to dealing with port forwarding, and running out of space in the router to config, when setting up your games.
Well this problem is made a whole lot easier with the DGL-4300. It even has a pre installed list of game setting in the router config screen, so all you have to do is select the game, and all the forwarding is done.
When I first saw this router, it was listed in most online shops at well over £100. However, I managed to find it on Misco...

Kodak CX4300 Digital camera.
Review of Kodak CX4300 by
Dawnlb
Advantages: Light-weight, compact and easy to use.
Disadvantages: You will need to get regargable batteries for this camera.
...to buy rechargable batteries so not to waste money in the long run.
The built in 16 mb of memory holds around 45 photos on the lowest setting, and 15 or 16 on the highest. A secure digital (SD) or multimedia card (MMC), which can be found cheap now will help to storage more pics. A 64mb SD memory card will storage 125 high quality pics.
The camera really shines when it comes to sharing prints over the internet. with one click of the button, the camera loads the photos to the web with ease. Downloading pictures onto your computer is also a snap. The software that kodak include is really very easy to use and you has an automatic update as well.
my opinion is: Though not the most technologically innovative camera on the market, the CX4300 meets the needs of the casual camera user as well as the more experienced user who wants to get...

Trek 4300
Review of Trek 4300 by
KitsuneAndy
Advantages: Lightweight, Durable, Value for Money
Disadvantages: No lock out on the forks, no disc brakes, poor quality chainset
...After a long break from cycling I decided to get back into mountain biking. My budget was limited and I wanted something lightweight and durable.
After coming across the Trek 4300 my mind was quickly made up, lovely lightweight frame that wouldn't be out of place on bikes twice the price. A reasonable set of Shimano Alvio shifters and forks with adjustable pre-load.
Perfect for what I wanted, something I could commute to work on but also give a good thrashing around the local MTB routes.
The bike is versatile, the adjustable pre-load works well and although the forks aren't fantastic, they'll serve you well as long as you're not throwing it off 6 foot drop offs.
The only things really letting this bike down are the Suntour SR cranks. Mine were poorly fitted and the pedals had been cross threaded which meant that when I went...

Canon Pixima IP4300
Review of Canon PIXMA iP 4300 by
derek-j-a
Advantages: Easy to set up, good quality picture and text output.
Disadvantages: Could have better written manual
...Around the beginning of April, I switched on my old and trusted Epson 880 and went to print out a page, nothing happened. Nothing that is, except all the lights across the front of the machine flashing on and off. A quick reference to the handbook took me to the page that read, “If all lights are flashing, there is an internal fault. Please contact a qualified Epson engineer”. Well it was getting on for 10 years old and had served me well, so I decided it was time for a new printer.
I was fully intending to get another Epson, but the sales assistant in PC World advised me that a the Canon IP4300 was a far better buy, and would be far cheaper to run than any of the Epsons. After he showed me some of the photographic results, I was sold and I got to admit, I am very pleased with my purchase.
On getting the printer home, I found...

NIKON COOLPIX 4300 DIGITAL CAMERA
Review of Nikon Coolpix 4300 by
andrew06
Advantages: Great picture quality, easy uploads, point and shoot, fast battery charging, nice design
Disadvantages: Low battery life when flash used
...The Nikon 4300 is my first digital camera and I was worried that digital photos would just not hold up quality wise to a 35mm photo, I must say I was immediately amazed at, and impressed with, the picture quality of the Nikon. It is very difficult to take a bad picture with this camera (although it happens on occasion) I also enjoy the super easy upload to my computer. Quick and easy step by step programme. I haven't even read the manual it is so easy to operate I bought this camera for my online retail business I have been using it indoors and most often with the flash but you can turn the flash off . The battery dies out very quickly when the flash is used. Fortunately the battery charges quickly, in about one hour. I like the design of the camera, it is chunky but fits the hand well, and looks as cool as the name indicates. But I am...

Scuzzy wuzzy, lets get buzzy
Review of Adaptec AVA 2904 by
shearerm
Advantages: A bargain. Easy to install and used. Good entry level SCSI controller.
Disadvantages: No support for higher data rates.
...If you plug an SCSI card into your pc, don’t hold your breath because nothing exciting is going to happen. (Unless of course you have made a very bad job of installing the card. Then you might see smoke and flames coming from your cherished/reviled PC or even, in extreme cases, find yourself moving down a tunnel towards a bright light.) However, once you have installed you SCSI card you will be able to attach any number of exciting devices to your pc.
Although this is an opinion of Adaptecs AVA-2900 series of SCSI card, it is also a general review of SCSI. I have done this because as far as I can tell this is the first review at Ciao of a SCSI controller card. This seems to be a bit of an over sight to me as any number of SCSI devices have been reviewed, (such as the excellent Plextor external SCSI cd writer which...

WHAT TO DO WHAT NOT ?
Review of HP Officejet 4300 by
asomormridul
Advantages: image quality, don't need to turn on your pc to operate, portable.
Disadvantages: Produces a huge amount of noise with vibrations.
...It is generally seen that, a specific product is better for a specific job. But, due to increasing population, space for building houses are decreasing. People are getting business minded and so they are utilising the entire spaces of their home as economically as they can.
Don't be mistaken, I am not talking about the people with a huge bank balance. I am talking about the average people, who have to save their earnings to plan a trip on the weekend. Yes, it is true, we are economically using spaces. So, the business sector is producing products in a similar mindset and adding as much value as they can to attract borrowers. Same is the case of HP Officejet 4300. The product has been packed with printer, copier, scanner and a fax machine.
A Little about HP Officejet 4300:
THE BEST THING ABOUT HP Officejet 4300 is that, you need...

Adaptac okay but try using Nero
Review of Adaptec Direct CD 3.0 by
ghpink
Advantages: Easy to use
Disadvantages: To slow formatting - not enough features as Nero
...Adaptec direct Cd is an okay program, but for the most part it is too limited for the average or advanced user. If you are a beginner it is good only because it is easy and straightforward. But as you get better at rewriting cds, you'll notice you are missing a lot of the main features you will need to do it quickly and efficiently.
The number 1 gripe I have with adaptec is how fast it takes to format your rewriteable cd. Adaptec's software is too slow (about 20 mins) as compared to Nero which takes a couple minutes. And on top of that, you can sometimes get errors depending on the rewriteable cds you buy and it will not format correctly. As soon as you get it formatted, it works well for the most part. Its quick to read and write, but if your going for settings, reliability and a fast writer program, then i suggest to use Nero...

Exceptional Value Printer
Review of Canon PIXMA iP 4300 by
rd52169
Advantages: Quick, automatic duplexing, individual ink tanks, can print direct from cameras
Disadvantages: Paper manual could be better
...The only reason I bought this printer was that I had broken my previous one and therefore needed a replacement. By broken I mean I had dropped the power transformer onto the laminate floor as I had rather stupidly been carrying it by the cables, and the cable had come out smashing it into a thousand pieces as the plastic was so brittle from the constant heat. I decide rather than try and get a new power transformer for an old rubbish printer that was slow, noisy and whose print quality wasn’t up to much even though it was a photo printer (some Kodak Lexmark thing) that it was a good opportunity to buy a new cheap printer (I promise I didn’t do it deliberately, though if I had known how good its replacement would be it might have crossed my mind).
Why the Canon iP4300?
I like to look in Which? to see what are the Best Buys when I...

RIPPED OFF BY ROXIO AND ADAPTEC
Review of Easy CD Creator Deluxe 4.0 Complete package by
elmersattic
Advantages: Excellent quick fire program
Disadvantages: WILL NOT WORK WITH XP....EVER
...About 10 months ago I purchased a Memorex CD-RW complete with adaptec Easy CD Creator v4 and Direct CD v3 how happy I was burning CD's and re-writing, erasing and saving all sorts to cd instead of clogging up my hard drive with rubbish....I could drag drop and delete pictures direct from my camera just like using windows explorer taking my work with me so that I could add to it any where.
I am so impressed by every aspect of this programe , the speed and ease of use, extra program for jewel case labels, data copying, music CD copying is ideal so that I can have a perfect copy of my cd's in my car.
It was dead easy to intall, with absolutely no hicups and for several months my Memorex CD-RW has had lots of use....UNTIL NOW GRRRRRR
IT WILL NOT AND WILL NEVER WORK IN WINDOWS XP
Adaptec software has been handed...
