Adidas Tennis Shoes
Review of Adidas a3 by
thespurs
Advantages: Good styling, comfort and control
Disadvantages: Not very durable
...that Adidas would have taken that fact into consideration and strengthened the toe area of the shoe.
The tread in the underside of the shoe has worn down an awful lot. This makes playing on astroturf a bit more difficult. A lot of the grip is lost and you can easily lose your footing. This can be very dangerous and you can pick up a serious injury if you fall awkwardly.
---Style---
The styling of the shoes is actually very good. They have managed to incorporate the special technological aspects into the shoe, without ruining the look. Adidas have managed to create a good balance and contrast between the sole area and the rest of the shoe. The 'air holes' on the top aren't too fancy and blatant but they do their job well of keeping the feet cool.
This particular tennis shoe, comes in three different colour schemes. The new set to come...

Good all purpose shoe, also suitable for cricket
Review of Adidas Uproar Indoor Shoes by
Morgenhund
Advantages: Comfortable, well made, reasonable price
Disadvantages: not a lot of toe protection
...I have starting playing indoor cricket, and have been playing on polished wooden surfaces, where grip has been important, especially when bowling. I found the Adidas Uproar to be very comfortable, although not specifically designed for cricket, although taking one on the foot from an indoor ball still hurts.
For bowling I found grip very good, essential if you want to avoid turning your ankle over when bowling, even though these are a low cut trainer. The bottom of the shoe has a non-marking indoor sole, and good traction. A cross trainer cut would be a plus, although these shoes were good value and being well made will undoubtedly last for a long time....

A joy to walk in
Review of Adidas Golf Shoes by
kimborob
Advantages: comfort and durability
Disadvantages: none
...Having tried several different shoes over the years, my last 3 pairs have been Adidas and I would not buy anything else. When you are walking several miles during a game of golf, shoes, next to golf clubs of course, have to be the most important outlay. It is important that you chose a correct fit and that the shoes are comfortable and functional.
Adidas, who are of course famous for making training shoes have a wealth of experience, about 75 years I think, and seem to have used it wisely in the design of their golf shoes range.
They offer several different types of golf shoe from the more traditional style to a training type shoe which seem to be becomming very popular amongst professionals.
Uli Robbecke, the Eurpoean Product Manager of Adidas Golf says " The golf shoe design is more and more influenced by sport shoe...

Adidas Climacool 3 Trainers
Review of Adidas Climacool 3 by
thespurs
Advantages: Look great, Comfortable, Well made, Adidas
Disadvantages: Can't use them in the wet
...of the styling because they do have quite a successful recipe. The vast majority of the trainer is meshed which gives the trainer a lot of character. The toe area has an opaque section of plastic that protects the meshing from getting torn. Along the side of the sides of the trainer, there is a bit of plasticy material just to hold the shoe together, but this is only very thin. The tongue is very light and is made of meshing and some soft material. It has the classic oval shaped squeezy Climacool emblem at the top. One thing that I really like, is the fact that there is only one Adidas sign, which is small an on the heel.
---Colour---
These trainers come in two main colours, as you can see from the picture. I have the white and red ones because I think they look very good Personally, I think that the blue ones are horrific looking. The soles...

Fantastic indoor football shoes!
Review of Adidas Top Sala V by
R_A_C
Advantages: You'll feel free, light and comfortable!
Disadvantages: none!
...Adidas Top Sala V are the most amazing indoor football shoes I have ever used.
With the Sala series Adidas tried to end the uncomfortable, hard material and feet aching so far used shoes. And they did it! Indoor football doesn't have to be played by though rubber snickers anymore, because with Top Sala V, you get the same ball control and grip and you still feel as if you were running with soft clouds under your feet!
Indeed the "Top Sala V" has a magnificent "air system" underneath that gives that sense of comfort even in the hardest floor. Running is easy (you'll feel like flying!)and the ball control, I believe always gain with the ease that the shoes suit you! This is the case!
They also have reinforcement in front, with a tiny rubber layer that allows you to kick with the point of the shoes.
I'm particularly sensitive...

Get A Grip!
Review of Adidas Tour Traxion Golf Shoe by
the_mad_cabbie
Advantages: Comfortable, waterproof, stylish, good grip.
Disadvantages: Make sure you break them in properly before you hit the golf course!
...I wasn't over enamoured! The runner-up spot in a team competition last summer at my golf club won me a new pair of golf shoes. Problem was, they weren't the Footjoy brand that I normally wear and which have served me well down through the years, but a pair of white Adidas shoes with black stripes which for all the world looked like a pair of my teenage daughter's trainers.
I was even less enamoured when I discovered that they hadn't been purchased in the club professional's shop, which meant I couldn't exchange them for something else. Not that they were a bad looking pair of shoes mind you. Called the "Adidas Tour Traxion" they are a slightly less expensive version of Adidas's best selling golf shoe, the "Tour 360", which is worn by many of the top tour professionals.
Anyways, as my old pair of Footjoy Dryjoys were becoming...

Scone Shoes
Review of The Shoe Tailor by
molelover
Advantages: comfortable, better fitting shoes at reasonable prices
Disadvantages: limited range, most of them are quite ugly
...manufacturers: names include Hush Puppies, Brevitt, Comfitts, Equity, Adidas, Kickers, Ecco and Clarks. Admittedly, most of them are still ugly, there’s no point in lying to you. But there ARE stilettos. There ARE knee-length leather boots. There ARE strappy sandals, and some of them are even pretty. My shoe-fiend friends would probably curl their noses up at all of them, but then again they all have nice small slim feet that they can squeeze into pretty shoes: I have hobbit feet that hurt in everything, and am just glad to have found some shoes, any shoes, that aren’t totally hideous and that are comfortable.
I ordered some red trainers, at £29.99 and some black leather ankle boots – with heels! - at £49.99 and both are almost passable as “normal” looking. They’re also extremely comfortable. You might not think that a simple quarter...

Adidas Power Soccer 1, Not 2
Review of Adidas Power Soccer 2 (PSX) by
Tribute
Advantages: Playable
Disadvantages: Annoying.
...Beware; this is NOT an opinion on Adidas Power Soccer 2, but the one that came before, it, Adidas Power Soccer.
For the price of around £7 (from any local bargain bin) you can get all of these on Adidas Power Soccer:
* Poor Graphics
* Annoying Commentary
* Unrealistic Goalkeepers
* False Player Names
* Un-Intelligent computer teams
* Un-inspiring Crowds
* Referee’s that make you want to hit the TV
* Stupid score lines
* Adidas adverts at half time
* No challenge at all
* A GOOD GAME!
Yes, despite of all the faults and annoyances, APS is still a brilliant game.
~ Aim of the Game ~
What do you think the aim is? Think about it. It has SOCCER in the title. What else do you think it could be? Ballet Dancing???
For all of you out there that have absolutely no idea what soccer is, I will give you a brief outline...

All Day I Dream About Sex... Adidas
Review of Adidas Dynamic 24 Hour Antiprespirant by
Andy.mack
Advantages: Gives good protection
Disadvantages: Not quite as fragrant as it could be
...So having conquered the sports clothing and equipment market they were always going to move on to doing deodorants and the like. A whole range of products available, the only one I have tried so far is the 24-hour protection deodorant spray. Now I do a lot of sport and even though I like to smell nice when I go out, I really do need something that does what it says on the tin and I think Adidas is that product.
Although not officially an Adidas product they have been approached or they have approached COTY to produce a deodorant for them to market under the Adidas brand name. They market | | |
