AEG Electrolux Fridge
Review of AEG-Electrolux S 75358 KG3 by
Spottydog11
Advantages: Looks good, full of room, big doors, big shelves, easy to clean
Disadvantages: None
...I moved into my new house about a year and a half ago and as it came unfurnished needed to buy a fridge pretty quickly. Being half American I had always loved the big American Fridges that hold enough food for a family for about a year with a water filter on the front and an ice machine so I had this in mind when I went to Currys.
However as I found out these fridges are also quite wide and the space I had to put my fridge in was quite small which is when I came across the AEG Electrolux fridge/freezer. IT was £650 at Currys which I didn't think was too bad.
The first thing that attracted me to this fridge was the look and design. It's a free standing, chrome fridge so it's not plastic looking like some fridges. The outside is very easy to clean as it is just wipe clean. It has two section, the fridge portion and the freezer...

Put the freshness back in the kitchen
Review of AEG-Electrolux HC5690M by
Miskah
Advantages: does a great job removing smells and grease
Disadvantages: needs an outside vent either through the wall or ceiling
...When we changed our kitchen one of my priorities was to have a decent extractor. I generally dislike strong cooking smells working their way through my house but some smells are worse than others; a decent deep fat fryer took care of the fried foods and a gas barbecue on the deck near the back door took care of grilled meats so that left us with general cooking smells from cabbage to curries.

This is a 90 cm stainless steel wall mounted chimney hood. It is possible to mount this between cupboards and it needs no clearance space between it and adjoining furniture. Its actual dimensions are (Height x Depth x...

New Found Glory
Review of AEG-Electrolux Lavamat 86810 by
vikkiknight
Advantages: quick, quiet, efficient
Disadvantages: quite pricy
...Right well, I have just recently moved house and this little number was sitting in the kitchen ready and waiting. I didn't think twice about it because in all fairness - its a washing machine, you know? But when the time came to use it, I was quite impressed.
This electrolux machine has a very easy to use control panel (and I'm useless at trying to make things work!), it seems a lot quieter when spinning than other machines I've heard and it has a high energy efficiency rating.

Review of Top 10 Things I Can't Bear To Sell On E-Bay by

Advantages: No harm in a bit of nostalgia
Disadvantages: Even nostalgia's not what it used to be though
...There's an old adage I just invented, and I'm sure many others will have heard something similar, that:
'If it ain't useful or ornamental, and you haven't needed it for two years, get rid of it'.
Of course, this could be particularly bad news for us middle-aged men!
Our loft is a good case in points. Eight years ago, a friend of ours who was moving to Japan for 'two years' asked if he could put his (quite literally) ton of belongings in our loft. Every now and then he'd buy us a meal on his annual returns to see his mum. Then we lost e-mail contact with him, except to hear from someone else that he'd moved to Germany more or less permanently, and since his mum had now died, we read between the lines that we wouldn't necessarily be seeing him again.
Incensed that we'd been taken for suckers for 6 years more than scheduled...

Review of Motorola E365 by
equinox976
Advantages: Supprisingly compact, exellent battery life, powerfull highly visable backlight.
Disadvantages: No bluetooth, no infrared
...I write this review, strangely at the end of my mobile's life (with me that is), now that I have a PDA, I would like it, and my mobile to be able to communicate, sadly somthing my e365 cannnot do.
I bought my e365 around a year ago, so have had plently of time to test every feature of the phone.
My first thought about thre e365 was it was quite chunky, but when compared to a clamshell, it is only slightly larger, it gives the illusion of being bigger than it really is, which makes it a more masculine phone (a plus for me as I think clamshells are too ('girly') but infact it fits in even the smallest pocket quite easily.
The screen is very large (taking up almost half the phone) and it is very crisp and clear, supporting 65k colours.
The backlight is highly impressive, and highly visable even in bright sunlight.
Battery...

Ken-wood want this!
Review of Kenwood KDC4060RA RCD by
lindsayjayne
Advantages: Good quality, has never broke down
Disadvantages: No mp3 player, EON makes you jump!
...I recently bought my first car which is 14 years old, and it still had the original radio/cassette player in it. At that point I wasn't even able to drive, but I still spent a lot of time in the car and wanted something a bit better. I own hundreds of cassettes, but the majority of them are over ten years old, so I was intending to get a cd/mp3 player instead. I happened to mention this to my parents who then said they had a cd player (but no mp3 capability) that they'd taken out of their previous car which was being scrapped. They said rather than me laying money out on a new stereo, I could have that - the Kenwood KDC-4060RA.

Passionate About the Smart - STILL
Review of MCC Smart & passion by
alflavor
Advantages: Small, cool, a joy to drive, minimal costs
Disadvantages: Only a 2 seater. Price of RHD car is higher then LHD
...The MCC Smart and Passion is the finest car I've ever owned. Let me
elaborate why!
(Please note this is written in a different category to the other Smart op I wrote that one is in MCC Smart general, whereas this one is in the specific model category!)
After liking this car for some time now, I finally purchased one in September. The price paid for this LHD Smart and Passion was £7100, which was slightly discounted after taking into consideration the options that I chose.
You should be aware that stocks of LHD Smarts are being run down in the UK, now that DaimlerChrysler UK (DCUK parent company of MCC Smart) have introduced a long awaiting RHD version for the UK. Also you need to know that prices of RHD cars have increased over the LHD prices. Clear? Ok? Go to www.thesmart.co.uk for the latest pricing info!
The Smart...
