Strong spa have fun in your garden in the winter

Advantages: relaxing, fun, great with friends
Disadvantages: price, cost to run

...We bought a Strong spa...hot tub in January this year, my cousins both have hot tubs and also my sister, so we have a few to compare it too! Most people think that a Hot tub is used more in the summer but infact it's more of a winter thing. In the summer the tubs just too hot....we have ours set around 37 degrees, it can be set as high as 40 degrees but this can be dangerous to some people, causing heart palpitations. In the middle of winter 38 maybe 39 is the highest we have had ours set at. The Aegean Anigua is round and made of extremely thick and durable plastic which also acts as an insulater (it has a 10 year guarentee on the shell). It says it seats 5 to 6 people but infact we have had 8 in ours ( ok it is a bit squashed but it is still comfortable). Each seat has jets...starting from either way in sequence, 1...

Paradise on Kos!

Advantages: Great Setting, Close to Airport, First Class Food, Very Clean, Wonderful!
Disadvantages: None that I can think of!

For a quiet holiday

Definately Not 5 Star

Advantages: Surprisingly good restauant

...My husband and I are just back from Club Aegean and won't return. The apartments are nice and clean just now because they're new (Sept 08), but they aren't maintained so they won't stay like that. - The balcony railing have been 'put' in place, but not screwed down so the railings can be lifted out (hope somebody's kids don't find this one out). - The balcony door could be opened from either side but could not be locked so the apartment could not be secured. The Aegean Resorts DVD in the apartment states that each unit has a safety box - ours didn't! - The shower flooded the floor every time it was used. - Although we were told there would be a twice-weekly maid service we weren't cleaned in a fortnight, and believe me I tried - tomorrow never came. There is a washing machine so we were able to wash towels ourselves, but...

Value for Money

...Aegean Airlines and a great quick and efficient way to travel around Greece and to the Greek Islands. I booked my tickets on the internet the day before and collected them at the airport, although will deliver them to your home. Ticket prices a lot cheaper than Olympic Airways who used to have the monopoly on internal flights. One-way ticket to Santorini in June/July was only £42. Advantages over this airline and other modes of transport was the time. It took 50 minutes to fly to Santorini, an island that takes 10 hours to get to by boat from Pireaus in Greece. For the extra small amount of money it costs to fly you get a whole extra day at your beautiful destination. Well worth the money. To my surprise also got a beverage and a snack on board. Cheap and friendly

Advantages: Cheap, good service.
Disadvantages: No real disadvantage

...I have travelled on Cronos airlines within Greece a number of times on my visits to that country, and have always enjoyed it. The planes are generally on time, the service is friendly and the food is OK (not very much on internal flights). On one occasion, the stewardess noticed I had a cold and offered to bring me an extra cup of tea. I was impressed. In general, the prices seem to be a little lower than other airlines, such as Aegean and Olympic. Even though you're supposed to check in an hour early, I had no trouble when I checked in even 30 minutes before take off....
