...Lets start off with the fact that I think this camera is absolutely beautiful and so easy to use a complete novice could be up and running in seconds. I'll try a comprehensive list of features before I then comment on the features I have used recently. The camera has approx. 3.2 million pixels, it's image sensor has 1/2.7-inch CCD giving about 3.3 million pixels. The lens stats are 5.4mm wide angle (w) - 10.8 mm telephoto (t). F-stop 2.8 (w) - 3.9 (t). The digital zoom is approx. 3.2x but boosted with the optical zoom can reach 6.4x. The real-image zoom optical viewfinder is complemented by an 1.5 inch LCD monitor on the back of the camera. This is a low-temp TFT colour monitor with 100% coverage and approx 118,000 pixels.
