...Wanting an aftershave that would last longer than 5 minutes I decided to buy Aramis. Of course it was sold as a special, and came with a hair shampoo, shower gel and toilet bag. I only needed to spray a couple of toimes and felt the effect straight away. It has a smooth musky smell with a hint of wood. It stayed with me all day long and my wife said she could tell which rooms in the house I had been in. Fragrance I always find it hard to describe a smell of something. The ingredients of the aftershave include cardamon, bergamot, orange blossom, cumin and amber. Overall I would say that this fragrance is very distinctive, I don't think there are any fragrances that smell similar which is why I like this one the most. It is musky, and very masculine. Many aftershaves are quite light and floral, but this is not one of them. It's definitely a man's smell (which will stop your girlfriend pinching it!) How Do I Use It? The Packaging Diesel Zero Plus Masculine comes with really unique, eye catching packaging. It has a perspex dome which sits on the base. The base then has two raised plastic sections, which allows the bottle to the wedged in place. There is a clamp on the spray section at the top to stop the bottle being sprayed accidentally which is quite useful to save any wastage. The bottle itself is a bright red colour, with a silver top. ...I bought this aftershave for my husband not long after we first met. He still wears it now and each time I smell it, it takes me back to when we first met and re-ignites that spark. I just love the way it lingers. Sometimes, after my husband has gone to work, when I am cuddling my baby-boy I can smell his Daddy's aftershave on him and I just love it. Neither of us have grown tired of the scent. Sometimes aftershaves and perfumes are only worn a few times before we get tired of the smell and decide we don't really like them. We both have bottles of half used or hardly used scents. However Xerox Rouge is always well used.... Read review
