MacBook Air: Specs as light as air...but heavy on the wallet

...Let's get this straight...this will probably remain the "lightest" and "thinnest" notebook on earth for a while. But that's about all it has to boast of. The Macbook Air features a tiny 80GB HDD - the same as the one found on iPods; and even if you add the optional 64GB SSD, it still lacks serious storage. Also, the thinnest book in the world also sacrifices on other essentials such as an optical drive...and instead asks you to buy (and carry around at extra weight!) an external drive to play your DVDs. Advantages: Mac OSX operating system, running windows/linux/etc. if chosen, style, compact and stylish design

Advantages: High quality, fast memory, good design, perfect durability.

It has 2GB of memory (RAM) and that's enough for working with documents, playing or even working with professional graphical programs. Most of new notebooks has more than 2GB of RAM but I can say that it is not a truth - the Apple MacBook Air works faster than other notebook of mine which has 4GB of RAM! Gulf Air

Advantages: clean, comfortable, good service
Disadvantages: No direct flights out to Asia

...return trips (making that 12 flights given they all needed a change over) and for each of these Gulf Air was the cheapest available flight, twice when I had booked a good few months in advnace and once when I needed a relatively last minute flight. They are definitely a good option to check out if price is a pressing issue. All bar one of my flights arrived within minutes of their designated landing time and so I would say the airline is very puntctual. One flight from New Delhi to Bahrain was delayed by around 3 hours and as a result I missed the connection from Bahrain to London. All passengers who were affeted were immediatel booked onto the next available flight which was in 12 hours time and given a free visa to Bahrain, a 4 star hotel room with 3 meals and transport to and from the hotel in the interim.
