Advantages: Blends well, isn't heavy, protects against sun related skin damage
Disadvantages: Can get water-y (separates), expensive, middling coverage

...make my skin feel moisturised, and not as claggy as it can do with a typical foundation. Another advantage is that it doesn't create as much shine as some foundations can, and blends better. I therefore don't need as much powder over the top. On the down sides, over time the consistency, as I mentioned, has become quite runny, and so I do need to shake the tube well before using. As I age, I do realise that sometimes I need a bit more coverage than an 'almost makeup' can provide. I sometimes find myself piling more and more of it on in order to hide various imperfections. ...I wear it all day, and I often find myself having to top up the powder to stop me from shining. I'm sure Clinique would say you get better results if you use all their other products as well, but I'm not made of money! It doesn't irritate my skin, which is a good sign, as lots of things do. It has spf15 which is good for skin in general. I think this is fine for everyday in England but I wouldn't rely on it on holiday, I'd always use extra sun block too as I've no idea how long it would last. I don't use foundation everyday, and I prefer my skin by itself when it's looking its best. But if I have to wear foundation, I like it to be nice and light like this one. Murad Correcting Moisturiser SPF15

Advantages: It reduces redness
Disadvantages: Nothing its amazing

I don't need heavy foundation, so when I asked the Clinique rep what the sheerest makeup they had was, she directed me to this. I use Deep in the Winter, Deep 2 in Spring and Fall and Bronze in the Summer. I love the fact that this foundation is not only waterproof, but also has a good SPF factor of 15. I am going to say that I would never tell someone what to use, but I would recommend that if you are in need of coverage, this foundation is NOT the one for you. Fair: This closely resembles Clinique's Superfit Makeup shade: Bare. This colour has a twinge of blue in it, for those with extremely "fair" skin. If you are looking for coverage, use Superfit. ...Though I don't regularly wear a lot of makeup unless I'm meeting with some clients, gallery patrons or going out, I do like to wear lipstick or lip-gloss to keep my lips in check. I bought all seven shades of Clinique® Almost Lipstick. My favourites are Almost Blush, Bronze Lilac and Ruby Melt. Let me break it down for you. *NUDES* Almost Cocoa: Possibly the most sheer shade in this entire line. I don't particularly love this shade, but every time I wear it, people say it looks great. I don't know. I would recommend this for others with Medium/ Olive skin tones or even Dark skin. Black Honey: This looks nothing like honey, black or otherwise. That being said, I do like this shade. MAC Select SPF 15 - worth it for the shade!

...Until recently, I'd sworn by L'oreal foundations, and found these to sit well and last the day. However, as is the case with a lot of brands, the shades were always just a touch too light or too dark. I was drawn to Mac because of the range of shades on offer. The Sanctuary Spa Hand Cream SPF 15

...I have to say I'v never written a negative review before but in all honesty I thought that the price I paid for this hand cream was extremely high! The cream is infact non greasy i'l give it that but i found it too heavy to actually feel like it was nourishing my hands. i felt it left my skin sticky, generally i use hand cream on both my hands and feet but felt it was not suitable for either. It is a light lotion as it claims but i felt that it spread to thin and left a sticky residue on my skin. It has a lovely frangrance to it, a bit like talc so smells very clean but comes out of the tube a bit gunkish! Its a sort of grey/white colour, quite thick.
