BRUIN ALPINE - great if your baby isn't nosey!

At the time I needed a lightweight stroller due to my 6 month old daughter having grown out of her travel system car seat and the Graco buggy being too heavy to drag in and out of the boot every day during the school run. Whilst in Babies R Us we saw the Bruin Alpine Stroller. Its style appealed to me and I was even more impressed when I saw the price. HOW MUCH? ...i recently purchased this amazing unit by Alpine from BassJunkies for just over £300. Its a fantastic unit that contains many different features hence the thick user guide that comes with the unit. The unit is fully customizable with the options of changing button colours, background movies, many diifferent preset factory equalisers aswell as manual setupus to customize the sound to your own personal liking. I have only had the item about a week and i am loving every little detail and feature that it contains. The sound quality through my pioneer rear speakers is spot on as with the bulit in equalisers alows me to make the sound perfect. I previously had a sony but there is no comparison to my new unit. ...Ok bought alpine ida x200 as it did nearly all the things x100 does but was a £100 cheaper. after installing i noticed the clock would not display, so i contacted alpine u.k. and they gave me instructions on how to display. I followed instructions but these did not work so again i contacted alpine u.k. The response came back he had given wrong instructins and the x200 does not have a clock. The sound is nice on system but if you want to have great sound you have to buy an imprint sound manager system about £49.00. Then you will need the sound chip aruond £120.00. If you want bluetooth phone connection add another £80.00.if you want a clock add £100 and upgrade to the x100, i have never bought alpine before and never will again. I will say this though if you buy American x200 you do get a clock and a calender. Amazing how we the British...

Brilliant infant car seat

Advantages: Excellent for safety, comfort and totally practical

...I used this for my daughter and used it from birth right through to the upper weight limit which is actually higher than most other car seats in this category. She always seemed so content in it and happily napped when travelling. The sun canopy is excellent, great for protecting the baby when driving and carrying about. Sun canopy also stores away easily when not in use, remaining attatched but out for the way. I also bought the easybase which made loading and unloading baby from car very quick and easy - especially when its raining which it so often does here. Also purchased mosquito net & Raincover both excellent purchases and in the UK I certainly needed them. I liked the fact that there were internal pads that could be removed as she grew to enable more comfort and space for her within the seat. Covers are easily removed for washing...

...I bought this when I had my baby as it was apparently the best on the market and I really can't find fault with it at all it has been the most reliable of our baby products and can't rate it highly enough. This car seat is different from others as it is suitable for up to 9 months whilst the majority of others are just up to 6 months. The seat is well padded and has a 'head hugger' so it is safer for newborns. This headhugger can then be removed once your baby is big enough. The straps also can be adjusted once your baby grows so that it is still safe and comfortable. The straps are easy to use- at first they were fiddly but once you have the hang of them then you know what you're doing they're easy! once you have strapped your baby in you then pull on the straps to make them tight so that your baby is safetly in place...

A must-see for all of those car mad boys!

...When I first watched this film, I thought it was a loud of rubbish. At the time I was convinced it was probably the worst Disney film that I had seen and wasn't bothered about watching it again any time soon. Noah had other plans and I am currently watching it for the hundredth time! I am not sure if it's a case of becoming familiar with something and quite liking it but this film has really grown on me. The film is based around a famous race car, Lightening Maclean, who gets lost and finds himself in a small town on Route 66 called Radiator Springs. He ends up having to stay in the town after getting arrested and being ordered to fix the road that he broke as a result of wreckless driving. ...Being a skinflint, I got mine cheap off a market stall, As it was a bargain, I decided to give it a go, instead of the stuff I usually use - Car Plan, although I have always been happy with it, I have heard people "wax" lyrical about Mer but never used it. Glad I gave it a try now. The polish is suitable for all paint finishes, including metallic, you can also use it on your caravan, bike, upvc windows or anywhere else you need a good shine. The polish comes in a plastic container, coloured blue, in the following sizes, half litre, one litre, three litres, and the massive trade size of ten litres. Recommended retail prices range from £11 for the smallest, sixteen Pounds and thirty-one for the 1 & 3 litres, then up to a whopping £71 for the large. These prices are expensive, but the polish is very good, and does tend to go a long way...

...Sitting down infront of the TV with my brother revising for my A Levels, my brother then decided to go and get the Pixar boxset from our DVD collection. After moaning that I did not want to watch Cars for several minutes because I thought it would be a terrible film, my brother put the film on anyway. It was his choice. He is 5 years older.
