...Back in the day of the sega megadrive, you used to get this as the free game that came with the console, talk about being forced on you! In all fairness it wasnt that bad. The game itself is a side scrolling beat em up. You play a deceased soilder who has been raised from the dead to rescue Zeus' daughter from the clutches of the evil Demon but instead of fighting as a normal human you have the ability to turn into various beasts to help you fight the zombie like baddies. You gain the ability to transform or alter by obtaining 3 planet like orbs which revolve around the screen at different times, each one makes you stronger until you get the 3rd and change. Alter Bridge 'Come To Life' Once Again!

Advantages: Consistently brilliant tracks
Disadvantages: Might be too much the same to some people

...Alter Bridge's first album, the phenomenal 'One Day Remains', will go down in history as one of my favourite debut albums. The extremely bold mix of beautiful, heart felt lyrics and fabulous, hard hitting drum beats with screeching guitar riffs really struck a chord with me (ha ha, pun intended!) and it seems that I will never tire of the four pieces fantastic first album as a group. In case you didn't know, Alter Bridge are a concoction of three members from American rock band Creed, including the fantastic guitarist Mark Tremonti, banging bassist Brian Marshall and the hardcore Scott Phillips, a guy who drums a whole new heart beat into each and every song. Alter Bridge - Wowifying!

...I say this when I say with the deepest sincerity 'if you like rock music, buy this album'! Take my word for it, if you like rock music, treat yourself buy this album and you will not regret it! It's a superb addition to any rock music collection. The cover is stylish as well and the whole experience of owning and listening to this CD is superb. Flawlessly produced, this band is completely underrated and I want so many people to appreciate how good the album is! Alter Bridge are a relatively new band who are made up of the old members of creed with a new singer. However the band are very different to creed in there music, much rockier (if that is a real word) and a more head - banging sound. Creed are dead...long live Alter Bridge!!!

Advantages: A stupendous debut album from a seriously good band
Disadvantages: No weasel was included with this album. Thought that might have added an extra edge, but obviously the people of the bridge did not think so:( seriously i can't really pick faults with this album

...Before I get into teh nitty gritty of this album, for those of you out their who cannot be bothered to read the whole of this review I will outline the basics. Basically this is a great album, so buy it. Anyway, over with the small talk... Alter Bridge formed out of the ashes of the hugley successfull grunge rock band Creed, basically kicking out the singer who's voice may or may not have resembled the sound a horse makes when being crushed beneath a supremly fat elephant, and recruiting from the depths of the musical dungeons Myles Keneddy, who's vocal talent is somewhat more talented. ...Having just recently got the Mega Drive Ultimate Collection on the Xbox 360 I though I'd play some games I never got the chance to, as well as those with fond memories. For every Columns there is a Streets of Rage, for every Alien storm there is a Sonic the Hedgehog, for every Gain Ground there is a Golden axe and one of the best collections of games I've seen in a long time. Though whilst playing Streets Of Rage and the Golden Axe series I read on line that Altered Beast was the one that set up Golden Axe, almost a prequel by the same people. As a huge fan of the side scrolling beat 'em up, I'd some how missed out on this one as a small child, but now I had the chance to play it, some how I wish I hadn't.
