...If you are going to buy a Nell McAndrew exercise DVD then I would buy her Maximum Impact or Ultimate Challenge DVDs. This DVD can get a bit boring. Like the other two DVDs it is divided up into 3 sections. The first workout is 10 minutes and is basically a warm up that takes you through a number of the exercises that you do in the Interval Training. The second workout is when all the hard work is done. It does really hurt and it will take a few times before it is possible to do the whole thing. I find this aerobics session quite boring as it is mostly just running on the spot with various different arm movements. This section in the other two Nell DVDs are much much better. However, the second workout does end with some brilliant free weights work. You can really feel your arms hurting and your muscles working during these...

...STEVEN'S ON THE HILL. It is set on the road that leads up to the Agios Gordios Hotel, it sounds like it may be quite a hike, but it is not too far, about 100 yards from the Bus Stop. It is a Hotel but we only used the Taverna (Restaurant) so can not comment on the standard of accommodation. It has tables set in the Garden the majority are under cover. There is also a large wood fired oven in the garden but was not being used that night. There is a very good sized swimming pool, so would be a good option if staying elsewhere in Agios to use during the day. Surprising Picture Quality - Panasonic DVD-S54

Advantages: Incredible picture quality when compared to my old non-upscaling player with a scart lead
