With Angel finally discovering the new joy's of life, he is soon reminded that life isn't all peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, when he is yet again attacked by the same demon, this time a defenceless Angel nearly get's Buffy killed with his lack of super-strength. Angel set's out to seek the Oracles, they offer him his powers back, but nobody but Angel himself will remember what happened. Angel spends his last tender moments with Buffy until time is restored and Buffy & Angel begin as just friends again. ***************** Hero. This is the last episode Doyle appears in without it being a flash back. Doyle asks for Angel's help to save some refugee demons from certain death. Advantages: A character so different from what you would expect, loads of laughs and witty comebacks, excellent stroylines.
Disadvantages: None, as far as I can see.

...). It is the sixties all over again, with young spotty lads who cannot play their instruments taking the limelight and lovesick trolls throwing their knickers on the stage. The music is so powerful it almost destroys the entire city, and all it’s major stars with it. No-one is safe from the enticing music, which has an almost fatal attraction quality to it (and we suspect, is the culmination of too much magic and itchy fingers). The Dean of Unseen University is seen sporting a quiff and ducktail, and giving the Arch Chancellor the literal finger. Death, in the meantime, pinches the Librarian’s sticks and bones version of a motorbike (or Hog), infuses it with the same magic flying power that Binky his horse has, and goes flaming across the skies like a Hell’s Angel. ...role, Franz adds a touch of humour playing a sick patient who knows a lot more about Seth then he’s willing to let on. City of Angels major downfall is its carefree attitude toward the exploration of themes such as life and how much we control our own destiny. The film is prepared to pose questions about death and fate, but merely scratches the surface when answering them. The script just doesn’t delve deep enough. Because of this the film loses its grip plot wise in the closing chapter. While the conclusion of the story should be applauded for its intentions, it just doesn’t feel justified and will leave even the most foregoing of viewers discontented. It’s a real shame because it feels disjointed from what had gone before. Still, there’s a lot to like here. Cage and Ryan are good and carry the film... Read review
