A Thousand Faces Of Anne

Advantages: A Tudor film that is actually suitable for the whole family.
Disadvantages: Overshadowed by more modern portrayals of Anne Boleyn.

...Anne of the Thousand Days is a film based on the play of the same name written by Maxwell Anderson. Anderson sadly did not live to see the play be bought to the big screen as he died roughly a decade after the film was released in 1969. It dosen't follow the events of history or the play completely, and I think that's one of the main reasons the film didn't get as good praise as it does now...

Advantages: INTERESTING TO LEARN ABOUT SOMEONE'S LIFE
Disadvantages: NONE
