Great Machine!

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results
Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.

...This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit. My Personal Experience At first i thought, surely this machine cant be as good as i've been reading all over the net, people must be exagerating and just trying to sell the machine. How wrong i was.... The first time i used this, i trained at level 10 (ranges from 1-20) thinking i can take it at that level no problem, and sure enough i was ok, i did a few different positions for my legs, stomache and arms. I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and sales reports tell me that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym. Boy oh boy did i feel it...

...i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say. the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy...

Advantages: Good make and the 1471 facility is very useful.
Disadvantages: Need a battery so you don't lose messages if there's a power cut (as it's digital)

...Yesterday I bought my third machine of this type. Don't get me wrong, it's not that it breaks easily. The dog chewed the wire on the first one but I'd had the second one for over four years. In that time I've dropped it, moved house and put it in storage and moved it around my current house several times. It has proved to be very sturdy and reliable (when the dog doesn't get it!!). This machine is a sort of mis-shaped square shape, 16cm x 12cm and is metallic grey in colour. It will go with most colour telephones and doesn't take up much room. Advantages: A highly anitcipated and well recieved debut album

...The Machine is the debut album by midlands based Rue The Day. As debut albums go this is a fantastic effort. From the intro until the end of the cd it is highly charged, heavy and full of great songs and promise. Title track The Machine sounds like a "best 0f" Metal. It is rare for any album not to have any weaker tracks, even rarer for a debut album. Rue the day have achieved this and their future is sure to be a great one, watch out for their live gigs, already legendry in reputation. All aspects from vocals, guitars, drums and bass are tightly knit and combine for a five star musical treat. ...= MY THOUGHTS ON THE WEBSITE I never even knew that this website existed until a day when I was extremely bored and I was searching the internet in hope of finding something interesting. This of course was long before I ever discovered the wonderful Dooyoo and Ciao websites. I have spent many hours on this and gotten quite a few laughs from it too. Some of the questions that I have seen on Yahoo Answers have obviously been asked purely for the fun of it but then! Then, there are also the types of questions that sound like ones that only a serial killer or a very creepy person would ask and I do worry that those sort of people live among us lol!
