...Even less people will have heard of this band than some of the others I've reviewed... but they deserve a mention, in fact they deserve more than a mere mention... Bark Psychosis started as a teenage band in the late 80s, who took a number of years to find their feet and their "true calling" as it were, eventually settling down to produce some of the most original, genre-defying work of the last fifteen years. Their music really is that original. That's not to say it's in any ay unlistenable, or completely experimental- the songs are recognisably structured- but in truth the band defies any pigeonholing. ...I went to the Barking Dog on friday 26th June. The atmosphere was very friendly. We went upstairs and it was more lesbian than gay. There was karakoe on when we were there and the crowd there was probably about the least stuck up and most down to Earth in the gay village. The bouncers were also friendly. We left just before 1am and it was still open. I am a gay man and went there with my partner who I have been dating for almost a year. It was nice that in the Barking dog is not a cruisey place and its not bitchy either, although it is still a gay pub and with it being more lesbian the mans toilets were nice and quiet! PRICES Bottles of VK were on offer for £1.75 a bottle. Cocktails were also reasonably priced. However the prices of the pints were as expensive as most of the other gay pubs in town. Review of Barking Dog (Newcastle)

A useful training aid for nervous/noisy dogs.

Advantages: Gives you control and calms dog down when you want it
Disadvantages: Expensive initially and expensive refills.

...I purchased an aboistop citronella anti bark collar for my 2 year old GSD who was very nervous with people and other dogs, after seeing its effects at dog training classes. He was uncontrolable around other dogs due to his size and strength and the fact that he got so over excited when he saw another dog or a person he didnt like the look of. After seeing him wearing one of these collars and him instantly shutting up after the first bark at another dog, i realised half the problem of him being out of control was because of the noise he made setting the scene for conflict between him and the other dog. Dermalogica Anti-Bac Skin Wash

Advantages: Cleared up my skin quickly, last ages!!!

...Dermalogica anti-bac skin wash is best used on blemish prone skin. It is a foaming, antibacterial facewash which deeply cleanses the skin of excess oil and impurities with drying it. It contains Triclosan which helps remove bacteria and Salicylic Acid disolves dead skin cells- that last part makes it sound very harsh, but it is really not! It also conatins balm mint, coneflower and camphor to help smooth and purify the skin. It does not have any artificial fragrances or colour. Dermalogica say that you should work the gel into a lather and apply to your dampened face and throat. You should then rinse with warm water and repeat for 'professional results'. ...I ALWAYS used to use spray on anti-perspirants, but was getting fed up white marks all over my clothes & the spray ending up all over the bathroom, so I decided to give roll-ons another go. I tried a couple of different brands before Mitchum. I found them all really sticky & horrible to use (even the Mitchum), but have found that the stickiness seems to resolve itself with continued use of roll-ons. Perhaps it?s just a case of getting used to it, either mentally or physically, but get used to it I did. I have since stuck with Mitchum. It is deemed as being one of the more effective anti-perspirants on the market, & I for one have always had great results with it. The blurb on the bottle states that Mitchum provides 48hr protection?.yes, not just one day, but TWO. I?m afraid I can?t testify as to whether or not this claim is true...

I bought the magazine called Zest as a way to save Money to get the free sample Bottle of biotherm Anti-Drying lotion. so having spent a few hours travelling to central london to selfridges I saw two or three similar women getting the same product. ingredients include aspartic acid, glutamic acid, nicotiana, Soybean oil, parrafinium liquidium among other chemicals. having read the ingredients of the contents does not convince me to use this stuff on my body. what I did was test a little part on my finger to see the effects on my manly rough hands skin. upon opening there was a fake citrus orange or lime smell Fragrance which I feel strongly is pleasant. the milk took two minutes to partially absorb, leaving a smooth shiny...
