...This product is great! I bought this antiseptic in the hope of it recovering my finger which was badly burnt and it certainly did the job. I am a pianist and play the piano full time and is so absoloutely neccesary for me to have my fingers working properly. It is at a very reasonable price and is easy to apply. It absorbs into the skin well and doesnt wash off easily. You can feel the stuff working just minutes after application. I would reccomend this to anyone for use as just a general antiseptic. I have recovered fully now after just a few days of using this product. The akmond oil included in the formula soothes and moisturises the skin while the terpineol fights infection. Savlon Antiseptic Wound Wash

Advantages: Cleans piercings and washes wounds!

...at all! Its been 7 months since my tummy was pierced and it was recommended that I clean it for the full three months it takes to heal. I did this using my Savlon wash and the piercing healed perfectly. Recently I somehow caught an infection in it though and a quick spray of Savlon anf it was gone within 24 hours! ...Having good teeth is important to me, I will never forget the time when the dental nurse came into school and proceeded to embarrass everyone who didn't brush their teeth properly by making us eat those horrid tablets which showed up the dirt and grime on your teeth and then showed the whole class where we needed to brush and to brush properly. Better than a sudoku at solving nappy rash

Disadvantages: your toddler can make a real mess of a carpet with this product

...the day before yesterday and have just splashed out a princely £2.45 on another 125g tub, which I fondly believe will see me through to potty training. It doesn't break the bank then, and a little goes a long way. If you used it at every nappy change obviously you'd use a bit more, but as a treatment rather than prevention it is highly effectively, especially if combined with the usual "nappy off time", frequent changing etc, if baby has a sore little botty. You can even use it on broken skin, which is very useful. It is mildly antiseptic as well as being a thick barrier cream so treats the probelm whilst preventing it from getting any worse. If I catch the rash at its first sign, I can put this cream on and expect that by the next change it will be less red and sore looking, and it continue to apply it, the rash is nearly always gone...

The brand of wipes we had was called Fastaid, and I had Fastaid plasters, and I figured it looked a good product, even though I hadn?t actually heard of the before.
