...well what to say about the ipod nano? of course being apple its very stylis and chic with its white front and chrome back. With smooth corners and shiney edges. Its got a beautiful clour screen and a clicker wheel instead of the usual mp3 buttons (play pause stop ffwd,rwd) Some would argue that there isnt enough space on this but, i think 2gb or 4gb is enough room for anyone because who has 10000 songs realy?! not many people! Although i guess people will argue witht this when they write a coment... wouldnt suprise me. Apparently ipods are always breaking well i dont know bt ive had mine ages and its never broken and ive never had a problem with the ipod or the apple headphones. ...The Issue There is a big issue that the new Ipod which Apple has recently released has had one or two problems. One being the way in which it scratches easily and the other in the way its screens crack easily. I will be summing up the argument on both sides, including my own opinion. The Nano came out early in September and since then there has been a number of complaints. People have taken it to court saying that they should get a refund for the damage they inflicted on it. ...My Ipod Nano was a christmas present and i havent left it alone since. I use it regularly at the gym so you can imagine the throwing about it gets there. Sound quality is excellent and there are that many accessories for every senario that you can use it wherever you want. As it is so compact it'll fit in your pocket or your bag and takes up no room, providing you with that great Apple sound in a nutshell. And what was great was that, as I was a student, I could get it at a reduced price from Apple's Store for Education. Being a student, I was short of cash, so needed to save up for a while. ...The Apple iPod Nano is great fun. Mine arrived last week, and just looking at it is amazing. It's got style, it's smooth, it's small, it's unbelievable.. how could they make it so small!?? Don't feel put off by the fact that the iPod Nano "only" has 2GB, whereas the other one has got 4GB. 2GBs is plenty of room, i've got 150 songs on there already, and it is less than half full. ...Quite opposite to the title there is much that can be said about the Nano, I personally purchased the 2GB Black Nano, yes fancy I know and yes my wallet do take a severe 120 pounds worth of punishment. A major advantage of the Nano is the portability, it can be quite easily taken anywhere, now combine this with its certain cool factor and the ipods ability to turn heads and you have a product worth buying without even taking a second glance at the specifications. ...The nano is very stylish,compact and easy to use!However the screen and body of the nano gets scratched very easily and the screen breaks to easily.The screen has managed to break twice since i have had mine.The sound quality produced by the nano and headphones is fantastic and is pretty loud if you dare to turn it up that loud.The extra features are very uselful such as the calender and games.Also downloading pictures and music to the ipod is very easy and therfore good for those people that find using computers hard.Overall i think that the ipod has more pros then cons so it definatly worth buying if you need entertaining or love your music.Go for it if i was you!... ...it to be everything. However there is no sound recorder, video player or loudspeaker. And also apple state that it has 14 hour playback. This is more like 10-12 hours of playback. It has great sound quality with the headphones which come in the pack and is better than other mp3 players. It is quite easy to move the touch pad, but if you haven't used the ipod before it may take a couple of days to get familar with. The screens on the ipod are self-explanitory to be honest and its fairly easy to navigate your way round. Another drawback is that is can only hold 500 songs(around 4 minutes each.) It could be easy to use this space up quickly and you may want to consider splashing out on a ipod video(30,60Gb.) But if you just want a reliable mp3 player then this is the one. The graphics are excellent all round including the video playback. I have dropped my iPod so many times that I have lost count. They are very durable which is great if you are clumsy. With 8 GB of memory you can store about 2,000 songs or 8 hours of video or 7,000 photos, which you can browse whenever you want. The battery life on the iPod is also great.
