The wonderful Apple ipod Nano 8GB 4th Generation
Advantages: Small and light weight, a variety of colours to choose from, good screen and resolution
Disadvantages: none
...The apple iPod is an amazing piece of technology. I was lucky enough have received my iPod from my mum as a gift recently. The iPod I have is the black one and it is very small and light and can easily fit into my pocket or purse which is very convenient for me as I don?t like to carry big or heavy things around with me all the time. There are so many colourful iPods to choose from red to blue and so on.
Most people that I know have one because they are so great. The iPod is very nice and easy to use as you can store so many great things on it such as loads of music, videos which include films- rentals-TV programmes- music videos-video playlists and settings. You can store so many photos and there is even podcasts.
You can store about 2000 songs on the iPod as it?s easy to download music from iTunes. You simply connect the usb...

Apple iPOD NANO 8GB Black
Advantages: Easy to use, good sound quality, looks, size
Disadvantages: Internal amp, gets marked and scratched easily, lack of charger included, needs USB 2.0
..., photos and podcasts.
In terms of settings you can view the time, play games and also change the sound levels (EQ). Changing the EQ is managed by preset areas such as "accoustic" and "bass reducer", one issue is that these can not be manually modified.
Look and design
In black this device looks better than anything else on the market. ou will need to buy a iPod glove or cover to ensure the device does not get too scratched.
Apple is famous for its design and does not miss out with this Nano, it is simple but i dont believe it could look better!
Value for money
I paid around £120 for my iPod, although more expensive than the similar offerings by sony the iPod is worth the money pay.
Equipment included
The Nano comes with a USB cable, headphones and a universal dock adaptor. THERE IS NO PLUG INCLUDED - YOU CHARGE THROUGH...

Apple Ipod Nano 8GB 4th Gen
Advantages: Great product, nice audio playback. Beautiful screen
Disadvantages: Short battery life when playing games. A couple of very small annoyances.
...with the item since I received it as a gift.
This brings me onto the free engraving option on all new Ipod's. This feature that Apple offers adds a really nice touch to the item as it is an ideal gift for anyone. You can personalise a message to go onto the back of the Ipod upon purchase. However this pretty much ruins any chance of selling it second hand for a decent price after you have finished using or replaced it.
The 8GB if memory that comes can hold a lot of, music, games, podcasts and you can even use it as a memory stick for other files. I am yet to fill mine but I have a relatively small music collection, I would suggest getting the 16GB if you have an expansive collection of music.
The battery life is good, and I'm hoping that the battery on this Ipod doesn't go the same way as my old one, barely being able to hold a charge...

Apple iPod Nano 8GB Black
Advantages: Easy To Use And Lots Of New Features
Disadvantages: None
...Apple iPod Nano 8GB Black
I personally love the new design of the Apple iPod Nano. They are very reliable and easy to use. The battery life is great and the video quality is outstanding. The graphics are excellent all round including the video playback. I have dropped my iPod so many times that I have lost count. They are very durable which is great if you are clumsy. With 8 GB of memory you can store about 2,000 songs or 8 hours of video or 7,000 photos, which you can browse whenever you want. The battery life on the iPod is also great. With one charge you can watch about 5 hours of video playback or 24 hours of audio playback. I paid about £130 for my iPod and it was worth every penny.
There are so many features to the iPod Nano. The latest feature to the iPod Nano is the Video playback feature. You can watch all of the latest TV...

Ipod Nano 3G Black 8GB
Advantages: Bright Screen, Many Features, Great Battery Life
Disadvantages: None
...After a bike accident in which smashed my old ipod nano 1G and after 3 days in hospital without it to listen to i bought a IPOD NANO 3G Black 8GB, it i great the sound quality is good with new headphones however the ipod earphones are not great and it has a equalizer to match the sort of music you play, and the amount to choose from is huge, the screen is incredibley bright and clear and can be adjusted and when playing video the quality was way better than my digital TV. 8GB is plenty of room for movies and music as the videos are compressed for ipod compatibility. The itunes software does not allow you to do this however free programs are available that do. The ipod it very easy to use and some really cool games which make use of the good screen as well as other features like alarm clock, power off timer, contacts, notes, stopwatch...

iPod Nano 8GB (4th Gen.) - A MUST BUY!
Advantages: Comes in range of 9 different colours, large screen, good resolution!
Disadvantages: 8GB can be used up very quickly
...I bought my first ever iPod Nano in March ?09 from an Apple store for £109 and have been using it everyday. Its small size and slim shape allow me to take it anywhere by just simply placing it inside my pocket, without feeling as if I?m carrying around a brick! The great thing about the Nano-chromatic range is that there is a wide range of colours to choose from, for everyone. You can choose from a simple silver or black to a bright yellowy/gold, purple, blue, etc. I decided to go for a bright blue and am very glad that I decided to buy it. Although the 4G Nano?s don?t have shiny stainless steel on the back, I believe this is an advantage. You won?t need to worry about all those scratches that appear on the back like the older generation Nano?s.
After having a look at the older generation Nano?s, the 4G iPod Nano?s seemed to me to...

iPod Nano 8Gb - 4th Gen
Advantages: Looks, Quality, features
Disadvantages: None
...Got my first iPod for my Christmas, to replace my old MP3 player and I couldn't have been happier.
After getting used to the initial fidgety, circling my finger round the buttons to navigate the menus I was having great fun playing music, games and videos.
The 4G nano is different from the 2G in a few ways. Firstly the screen is quite a bit bigger. This makes it better to play games on, the maze game is particularly good.
It is also motion sensitive so playing games is alot more fun. Guiding a small ball around a maze collecting things, while tilting the iPod in all different directions is fun. The motion sensitivity also means when looking through your music albums, when you tilt the Ipod on to its side, the screen flips around and allows you to have a better look at your album covers.
Adding to the motion sensitivity is...

Apple iPod Nano 4th Generation - Silver
Advantages: Thin, light, sleek design.
Disadvantages: Too narrow to use headphones and charger simultaneously.
...I purchased a Silver Apple iPod Nano last year to replace a large cumbersome hi-fi. This the first iPod product I have ever owned.
The (silver) iPod Nano 4th Gen has a very light and thin design in a brushed steel effect. It is a very sleek design that is easy to handle. It has a satisfactory screen size with excellent graphics.
Although I have not used the included headphones, preferring my own existing ones, I have found the sound quality to be second to none, with a crisp clear acoustic on both headphones and speaker. Easily customisable sound options include the usual choices from Classical options through to heavy base etc.
Some of the features on the iPod Nano include alarm clock, date and time, games, Genius playlist, repeat functions etc all of which I have found very satisfactory, easy to set up and use.
I...

iPod Nano 8GB Pink
Advantages: Lovely Colour and Lovely Size
Disadvantages: Easily scratched on the back
...This was my second iPod and I chose it for two main reasons. It was pink and it could play videos. It also had 8GB, enough for all my music, and was small enough to fit into my pocket on the plane journeys I take.
---Shape---
The shape of this is iPod is lovely a sleek and small square shape with a pink front and a silver back. It is thin and therefore easy to handle, though when I got it first I did think there was a possibility of it being snapped but I have now had it for a year and have not snapped it yet. The only problem with the silver back is the fact it gets easily scratched, mine is covered in scratches and most of the time I do have it in a case. The colour of it is lovely; it is not as bright and garish as the older version of it, which I have as well. The dial with the buttons on it is also a nice size as it is...

Apple iPod Nano 8GB (£99-£129 : July 08)
Advantages: Nice menu system, good sound quality & EQ
Disadvantages: Overpriced, no card slot, no radio, earphones, itunes
...important aspect of any mp3 player though is it's sound quality and if you can keep the earphones in this is indeed very good. I ported one of my own tracks to the device and could not hear a distinguishable difference between the original source and the mp3 version on the Apple. So with all this going for it why should you avoid buying one?
Well lets start with the price. £130 for an 8GB player does seem a bit high even if it has got video playback. Considering Sumvision produce a 4GB device which can be found online for about £25 you really have to question if this iPod is really good value. Then there's the proprietry software with it's niggly DRM to protect the rights of the 'Arteestes' which means it's easy to get content from your PC to your iPod but not so easy to transfer it from Ipod to PC. Thankfully the latest version of winamp...
