Great Machine!

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results
Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.

...This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit. My Personal Experience At first i thought, surely this machine cant be as good as i've been reading all over the net, people must be exagerating and just trying to sell the machine. How wrong i was.... The first time i used this, i trained at level 10 (ranges from 1-20) thinking i can take it at that level no problem, and sure enough i was ok, i did a few different positions for my legs, stomache and arms. I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and sales reports tell me that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym. Boy oh boy did i feel it...

...i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say. the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy...

Funeral - The Arcade Fire

Advantages: Music that makes your neck tingle (lol cleche alert)
Disadvantages: None that I can see

...The Arcade Fire are making something of a name for themselves in 2005. Their classy album, FUNERAL is certainly a contender for best album of 2005. Their unique blend of ochestral laid back music and regular guitar and drums has quietly crept onto the periphery of cool. No one really saw them coming, and proof again that it's the bands with no hype that really raise the bar. Track 1, NEIGHBORHOOD #1 (TUNNELS), is a beautiful opener. In my opinion, it's the best song on the album. The piano, strings, organ and percussion all play on your emotions and create a song which is unnerving and astoundingly good. The chord changes are certainly something you should listen out for, they can't fail to move you. Lyrics here are very interesting. Basically, the song tells the story of a young couple who meet secretly in the town. Highlights...

Xbox 360 Arcade - wonderful console, let down a bit by microsoft

...Problems It is best to get these out of the way first, no? I have had several Xboxes. The first suffered from a "three-quarters" fault that meant it did not work at all. This was a well-known fault in the machines, and so even though the machine was out of warranty, Microsoft would fix it. However, in order to get it fixed, we had to go through an unnecessarily complex process with shipping labels, etc. (which did not work from the emails we received), but eventually we got it sorted. However, it took so long that we actually went out and bought another one! This second one had trouble with the power supply only two months after being purchased. Intermittently, the power supply would completely stop functioning, suggesting that there was something wrong with the wiring, but we never managed to figure out precisely what...

Advantages: Totally original, mind-blowing music

Can I Knex with you at the arcade

Advantages: Keeps you busy. Great fun

...As many of you will know, I am a bargain hunter, and when I saw the Knex Electronic Arcade at a 70% reduction from £100 down to £30, I just had to buy it. Knex is a building toy, which has many different components. The basic components are sticks in varying lengths, which have a shaped end to connect with the various shaped connecting pieces. Some of these connecting pieces actually slot together allowing three-dimensional models to be created. Each set will have its own special pieces like wheels, cogs, or chain links, some have motors and others like this have bases! ...Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged is a disk that contains six Xbox Live Arcade titles. The disk itself is very easy to use, no installation is required, the game disk is simply inserted in the disk draw and the player is routed directly to the Arcade menu to pick which game they want to play. It should be noted that the disk is always required to play the games, as they cannot be copied or stored onto another storage device. Extraordinary Machine-Fiona Apple

Advantages: Like a well composed playful arty circus-infinitely better than the leaked version.
Disadvantages: Still a bit baroque and some might find it too chic and arty.

...Fiona Apple's third album, Extraordinary Machine, was subject to an Internet leak which resulted in fans having the unreleased version of this album before it was meant for commercial release. This really was tragic as the bootlegged version was terrible and really didn't do this extremely talented artist any justice. The leaked album from start to finish has the singer (and the producers) bad habit of making music deliberately hard to listen to. Going for bad baroque and pop-funk bastardisations that are mostly irritating to listen to. Although Apple's voice and lyrics are really wonderfull, the bad landscape of the album musically makes it a rough terrain that most wont be bothered with-unless they are die hard fans committed to being there through musical 'sickness & health'. Review of Extraordinary Machine - Fiona Apple

A Truly Amazing machine!

Advantages: Great Value for money, great games, fantastic online play
Disadvantages: Bulky and xboxlive is expensive

...with friends, but you do miss out on playing against your friends. Another set back is the fact that you need broadband. The easiest and fastest way to connect to xbox live is to plug the xbox directly into your router, however this often results in cables being run through your house. So you will probably want to buy the MS wireless addapter which retails at around £50. I'm a cheap-skate so I connect via my laptop which has wireless, this is easy if you you just search instructions on the internet. Overall I think the the xbox 360 is a fantastic machine which is not just for gaming, it does so much more. All I can say is buy it! Hope it helps....
