An unwinnable case?

...I am a great fan of courtroom dramas, which is one of the reasons why I enjoy John Grisham novels so much and I pretty much look on him as the master of this genre. Therefore, when I discover a book that claims that it's 'better than Grisham or your money back' I am bound to be interested. This was the claim made by the publishers of 'The Tenth Case' which meant that I found myself compelled to read it. I do think that Grisham at his best is pretty unbeatable although not all that he writes lives up to expectations. So could this book beat, or at least match, what Grisham does? Read on... The Archos 605 provides a worthy alternative to the I-pod video, although it suffers from a less ergonomic design and is heavier due in part to the hard drive. However where it does better the ipod is it's durability with a rugged case and strong solid build quality feel to the buttons it will be hard to break. The large screen makes viewing a pleasure and the battery is capable, in my experience, of at least 5 hours solid video playback but i am yet to meet the claim of 17 hours music playback advertised with the unit averaging about 13-15 hours without recharge. ...First the technical stuff, the case is made of plastic, ethylene-vinyl acetate actually, which is a form of soft thermoplastic, including recycled materials, so you could say you are doing your bit for the environment. The outer covering is hardwearing Nylon. The carry case comes complete with a wrist strap, although personally I would not trust it. It has an improved zip, apparently the old one was prone to jamming. The picture Ciao have put up is of the old model, the new one is very similar, just a little more subtle. These cases are a good idea for keeping dust and scratches at bay, however, it may have been a better idea if the case was fitted with belt loops, so you could carry it on your belt, or a strap like binoculars have, rather than risk it slipping out of your pocket, or even leaving it in the car. Advantages: Great screen quality and size, built in speaker and stand.
Disadvantages: The only downside is that it is fragile, and can be hard to get used to the on screen keyboard.
