Aprilia RS125 .

Advantages: Probably the fastest standard 125 available.
Disadvantages: Cost of the bikes.

...Well where do i start with this fantastic peace of Italian engineering. When i was 16 i used to own a scooter (50cc) which was pants by the way! so when i turned 17 i decided i wanted a 125 until i passed my driving test to drive a car. So i had a look about at a few bikes on the net and i was either going to buy a one of these chinese imports, brand new for around £1000 or buy a second hand well known make bike for about the same price. Then i seen these aprilia rs125 bikes and had herd by a lot of people that they were the fastest 125's you can get so i looked into it a bit more then decided i wanted one, not long after searching for one in my price range i found one on EBay for 2000 model for £450 i think it was but it had a few days left but i wanted to go and view the bike so my dad took me to view it with the cash just in case...

THE BLACK ARROW: A TALE OF TUNSTALL FOREST

Advantages: You may gain insight into a turbulent time in English History - the War of the Roses (white and red)
Disadvantages: It is not always easy to unravel who is on which side at which time; sentences can be long and complicated.

...I have always delighted in some authors' ability to take a period in history and illuminate it, just a bit, for the poor unsuspecting reader intent on a quick action thriller to while away an hour or two at a time. Robert Lewis Stevenson, like Charles Dickens, initially wrote many of his stories for weekly consumption as a serial (money was the driving force behind such). Perhaps the modern day equivalent would be weekly episodes of television programmes ~ but the book (or the weekly magazine) has the advantage of being subject to the reader, to be read at his leisure, at a time of the reader's own choosing ~ and not pushed at you by a producer's prime-time scheduling ~ competing with dinner, homework and family time. Arrows: Light at the end of the Tunnel

Advantages: Reasonably good driver pairings.Increased funding
Disadvantages: Still not the richest team around.

...The British-based Arrows team have had a lengthy period in the doldrums since they were a poorly funded team and despite producing attractive race cars they were not deemed competitive. They were regularly expected to be among the back markers with the likes of the Minardi team.Even getting a point would be considered an achievement. Aprilia Rs125 Pure 2 stroke Italian Stallion fun

Advantages: Handling, Looks, Engine, Performance per cc
Disadvantages: High Maintenance, Use expensive Fully Synthetic oil

...maintenance manuals out there for the vehicle which makes doing most jobs on the bike DIY able. I recently fitted a new piston and rings myself cost for parts around £100. I think the RS fast enough for a 125cc and think that it is best off left standard as it is highly strung enough as it is and best left modified only for race series's where frequent engine rebuilds arn't a problem. Depending on the year though certain parts can be fitted genuine aprilia parts to create the fastest stock RS. Thinks like decatted origianl exhaust and 34mm carb for example. I can recommend a good set of tyres i have been using the d209GP's very very sticky but i don't like to compromise on the only thing keeping me upright :). Some perfomance stats which i have done myself off road are 0-60 -6.5s 99 on a flat -Wind dependant and wider weight dependant...

Ebley tyres and exhaust

...Having had the exhaust on the car go and tying it up with string as you do, we had to go and get a new one. We telephoned around and you would not believe the difference in price. We were limited as to how far we could drive with it tied up so could not go to a large town and had to make do with Cirencester and a choice of three places. At Kwik fit we were quoted at "just over £100" and at ATS they said it will be £110 plus £15 if the manifold bolts and springs are hard to get off - now you can buy these in places like Halfords for £6.00. Then we telephoned the cheapest which was Ebley. They said £75.00. On arrival there we found that they had to send for it from their other branch and this would take an hour. But, if we wanted to have a look around the town they would drive us there and pick us up. Now that is service. Also...

Advantages: Brake parts insured for life of car
Disadvantages: Very poor workmanship

...a couple of negative reports, they seem to have cleaned up their image. I was greeted at the reception desk by a mechanic, complete with his trademark blue "Kwik Fit" overalls. After explaining the noise, he informed me of the Kwik Fit Brake Check. "It's a complete check of your breaking system, and the cost of the service will be deducted from any work that needs doing." I was also presented with a leaflet explaining all that had just been said. It sounded alright, so I left my car with them. The reception area and visible workshop were very clean, and well equiped to cope with any of the services that they offer. The branch I went to also sell and fit tyres, exhausts, and shock absorbers. About an hour later, I got the dreaded phone call... "Hi it's **** from Kwik Fit. They now subcontract the services of local delivery men in most major towns and cities. Usually its a one man company who drives around one particular area and therefore reliability is variable. Whenever you have a problem with one driver, White Arrow will simply assign an alternative driver. Exhausted I sure am now

...ATS well advertised,yes, a large company, yes, good reputation, reliable and honest? Answer NO. Well that is my humble opinion. I recently owned a small citroen AX motor car and the exhaust started to corrode, blow me I thought, the exhaust was only fitted by ATS in High Wycombe less than four months ago! So, off I went with receipt back to ATS where, on the ramp I noticed that the exhaust had completely cracked in half under the manifold area. Unusual I thought, must have had a bad exhaust, maybe made on a Friday night. Anyway, I went for a walk around the shops while the fitter, who I should add was the same fitter who fitted the complete new one four months earlier, replaced the exhaust parts for a new one again.
