Advantages: Tastes great, fantastic packaging, good cost.... I love it!

Cathedral City Mature Cheddar : Not my first choice of cheese!

Advantages: Good source of calcium & protein, not too expensive
Disadvantages: Not strong enough, too fatty, texture too waxy
