A Tutti-Fruiti Rainbow of Smoothies from ASDA

Advantages: Three DISTINCT flavours, two sizes
Disadvantages: Only comes in 250ml and 1litre sizes, nothing in between.

...I would like to introduce you to some really tasty, pure fruit, creamy textured smoothies I bought yesterday from my local Asda. Made from a mixture of fruit juices (fresh and from concentrate) and fruit purees, they are a satisfying thickness and consistency, and very good value for money. I don't know about you, but I've often been tempted to try a new item on my supermarket shelves...

Review of Asda Smoothie Multi-Fruit Juice

So Smoothie...

Advantages: Only contains fruit (in various forms - concentrate, juice and puree), low fat
Disadvantages: Fairly expensive

...a drink in my opinion, therefore this is more of a treat in my trolley than a regular purchase. The bottle advertises at the top of the label that this product is included in Asda's Rollback scheme and used to be priced at £1.94. The product is simply titled Asda Smoothie, though underneath this title is a description of the fruit contents - in this case these are 'grape juice with strawberry...

Juices and smoothies for everyone

Advantages: Wide range of recipes to suit most tastes.
Disadvantages: None, really

...the recipes, the book includes general notes on juicing/smoothie making, a nutrient chart, a list of juices which may be helpful for particular ailments, and a selection of juice "courses" for different requirements, e.g. detoxing and boosting your immune system.
