A Womens intuition...
Advantages: see review
Disadvantages: see review
...Before leaving for my summer holiday I always like to stock up on new toiletteries, including some new treats. This year was no exception. Although I have several razors in my bathroom all need new blades. As new blades often cost more than a new razor I decided to treat myself to a new razor. Looking along the shelves of Superdrug I spotted a new razor made by Wilkinson Sword. The razor caught my eye for 2 reasons. One it was on sale at ½ price for under £3 and two it looked like a whole new concept in women?s shaving. The Wilkinson Sword Intuition claims to be the worlds first all in 1 razor for women.
What you get for your money.
********************************
The razor comes in a fairly bulky plastic packaging. IT was very difficult to break into too! However once I had released the razor I was able to have a proper look...

* Women - Let Loose! *
Advantages: Funny , Light , Interesting
Disadvantages: Some Stuff Already Seen On The Show!
...Every now and again , I find myself sitting down at lunchtime watching an episode of lunchtime.I wouldn't say I'm a massive fan of Loose Women , but it is the programme I always watch if I happen to have the television on while I'm eating my lunch. I wouldn't say it's my favourite television programme , but I wouldn't say I dislike it either! To me , it's one of them programmes that you just have to watch.
Loose Women is a British lunchtime television programme which is broadcast on ITV1 from Monday to Friday. The show has run since 1999 although I only first heard about the show about four years ago. The show is mainly aimed at women , although I do know of a few 'men' who are quite happy to sit down and watch an episode. The show aires between 12:30 and 1:30 pm on a weekday.
The show consists of a panel of four famous women who...

Two Women, hard hitting fiction from Martina Cole
Advantages: A very readable novel from a popular author
Disadvantages: Strong language and unsavoury subject matter may upset some
...Martina Cole is a popular novelist, known for her gritty, gutsy, no holds barred style of writing. If readers have experienced any of her other books, they will know that Ms Cole's novels are usually set in the seedy back streets of London's underworld, an area ruled by violence, hard men and poverty. The male characters are archetypical men's men, hard drinking, hard fighting, villains. Their women are generally downtrodden and ill used, if not prostitutes.
Two Women is set against this backdrop.
~~The Plot~~
The book begins in the 1980's, with convicted murderess Susan Dalston, being transported from Durham prison to Holloway prison. Dalston has lodged an appeal against her life sentence. Dalston's reputation has preceded her, a dangerous woman who battered her husband to death by hitting him over 100 times around the head...

loose women
Advantages: great show
Disadvantages: presenter
...Loose Women is a chat show that is on every week day lunch time on ITV 12:30 to 1:30, it covers topics from the news whilst having famous guests to grill or someone singing, while the four loose women give their opinions to topics and the news, the answers all tend to be very individual and for once not just agreeing with their co-hosts as some programmes do.
Andrea McLean or Jackie Brambles both better known for there appearance on GMTV are the main anchor to the show along with other presenters Coleen Nolan, Carol McGiffin who is Chris Evans Ex Wife ,Sherrie Hewson who used to star in Coronation Street, Jane McDonald, Lynda Bellingham and Denise Welch who also starred in Coronation Street and Waterloo Road. They all take it in turns to appear on the show as they have 4 loose women in everyday. The presenters have changed a lot over...

If You Like Your Women LOOSE...
Advantages: Fun, interesting, good presenters, variety
Disadvantages: Annoying sponsorship ads
...Saucy, sexy, controversial, chatty and fun - and that's just ME! No, only joking. That's how I would describe this TV programme. Loose Women is on ITV1 Monday to Friday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. There are four women presenting each show which are gathered from a pool of various actresses, presenters, singers and so on.
Kaye Adams is usually the 'team leader' of the four with Coleen Nolan (the baby of the Nolan Sisters) and Carol McGiffin (Chris Evans' ex-wife) normally there too. The others who regular appear are Sherrie Hewson (used to be Maureen in Coronation Street), Jane McDonald (singer), Alison Hammond (previous Big Brother contestant, now a TV presenter), Denise Welch (actress), Sue Jenkins (actress and Richard Fleeshman's mum!) and Sheree Murphy (actress and footballer's wife). Kate Garraway stands in for Kaye when necessary...

Women with loose tongues!
Advantages: Makes me smile when feeling down.
Disadvantages: stops me doing housework!
...I have recently been made redundant and am spending time at home while job hunting again. While doing my chores in the daytime, I have got into the habit of having the tele on in the background for company. Not a good idea! I have become addicted to 'Loose Women'.
For anyone who haven't seen it, it is a sort of chat show with a difference. It is more like being nosey and listening into a group of women ( mostly in their 40's) gossiping, bitching and generally chatting and giving their opinions on anything and everything.
There is usually 4 women everyday, usually the same ones but occasionally someone different will join them as a guest.
Let me give a little introduction:-
Kaye Adams usually heads the group and leads the topic of conversation. She is quite strait laced and has quite old fashioned views, but at the same time...

Calling all Women everywhere!
Advantages: loads of celeb gossip, great articles, journalism, price, length
Disadvantages: nothing major!
...When I went in search of this magazine on the Ciao database, looking for Women magazine so I could write my latest, I was quite shocked when I noticed it was not there. I was quite surprised that nobody had set about writing a review on it! So I decided it was time for me to share the wonders of Woman magazine...
Woman magazine can be seen from a distance on the shelf among the rest by its bright yellow title, found it italic block lettering, which is quite attractive, singling it out from many others. Underneath there are pictures and teasers about what we can find inside. The issue I have aside me is dated February 2009. There are a few hints on this particular cover that drew me in, in particular photos of Cheryl Cole, Denise Welch and Barbara Windsor.
Eager to explore, I turned the first page, only to find the contents page...
