Lovely Audi A2
Review of Audi A2 1.4 TDI by
Bitchqueenofneworleans
Advantages: Quality, great to drive
Disadvantages: No diesel automatic
...I needed to get a car as I wanted to get a bit more independence with an imminent baby. I ideally wanted a diesel automatic car as I like automatics, but couldn't find anything I liked as much as this very funky Audi A2, so I compromised on the automatic aspect, reckoning that I'd rather save some money on the fuel economy (and the road tax - a surprisingly refreshing 35 quid a year - bargain!). I also liked the relatively low emissions.
I wanted something small, pretty cheap to run and very easy to drive, but also wanted the car to be a bit different. Since then I seem to see A2s everywhere, but I think that might just be because I'm noticing them more now! Something reliable was also imperative, as I know very little about mechanics and want to have an easy life! We were already a one-Audi family (hubby has an A4) and I thought...

A year with a Minolta A2
Review of Konica Minolta DiMAGE A2 by
niglom
Advantages: Versatility, great results, long battery life
Disadvantages: sluggish shutter speeds
...The A2 will work in RAW mode and its results although slow to record are of a very high quality.
Overall it's a great camera and a good next step from your first digital experience.
If you can afford the difference choose this over the A1 version just because of the viewfinder.
Hope this helps you...

Disadvantages: -
...are eliminated with balanced architecture and peak bandwidths up to 6.4GB/s.
AGP8X
AGP8X (AGP 3.0) enables enhanced graphics performance with high bandwidth up to 2.12GB/s.
ASUS CPU Lock Free
The P5PE-VM offers the CPU Lock Free feature, which allows you to adjust CPU multiplier to 14x. The reduction of multiplier value provides more flexibility for increasing external FSB frequency to raise memory bus bandwidth. CPU Lock Free boosts overall system performance by making synchronous modification possible. Enjoy better performance at the same CPU operation speed and improve your system without pushing the CPU to the limit.
Serial ATA technology
Serial ATA provides scalable performance. With up to 150MB/s data transfer rate, Serial ATA is faster than current Parallel ATA.

ASUS EAH2900XT/G/HTVDI review
Review of ASUS EAH2900XT/G/HTVDI by
neo1983
Advantages: Great speed, efficient cooling system, impressive specifications
Disadvantages: High power consumption, 8800 GTX is faster
...▀ ▀ ▀ A small introduction to the 2900XT(R600) family. ▀ ▀ ▀

Asus P5VD2-X
Review of ASUS P5VD2-X - motherboard - ATX - PT890 by
djohan
Advantages: Quite Cheap and Supporting Nowadays' Tech.
Disadvantages: Not Found, yet
...Do you plan to buy a new personal computer (PC)? Here is another motherboard from Asus – P5VD2-X. Being an indirect consumer (I am running a PC-Shop), I have built 16 PC using this motherboard since 4 months ago, and none of them returns to me till now. It proves the stability and endurance of this product.
Formerly I recommended Asus P5PE-VM which comes with onboard graphic-card and lower price. Both P5PE-VM and P5VD2-X support Intel Core 2 Duo processors, but if you are interested in having a “better” motherboard with a reasonable price rate, I would recommend you to buy P5VD2-X.
Why P5VD2-X?
First of all, I know most people always remember “Intel Inside“, and “Powered by Asus”. These two slogans are quite effective and make people, usually people who come into my shop asking for the two brands, Intel and Asus as if they knew...

Asus's Solution to Cheap Wireless Networking
Review of ASUS WiFi-b by
Deru
Advantages: Cheap, Easy to set up
Disadvantages: Must have ASUS (Deluxe/Premium) motherboard with Wi-Fi@Home socket, PC must be on to use the wireless
...was installed on that I needed a driver for it so I installed it from the CD provided.
After the installation of the software, Windows asked me whether I want to produce the Windows XP wireless software or the one I just installed. I chose the Asus software and simply went through a wizard and chose the options that suited me. After these steps, the access point was working and I was able to access the Internet from my laptop wirelessly.
There’s also the option to set up WEP security (a type of encryption) so that people outside my house wouldn’t be able to access my network. I set this up but unfortunately I was not able to access the Internet once I had turned this on so I had to turn it off completely so that I could use the thing.
MANUAL
The manual has many clear diagrams to illustrate the different types of uses. It mentions...

ASUS AM2 M2N32-SLI motherboard
Review of ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe/Wireless Edition AiLifestyle Series - motherboard - ATX - nForce 590 SLI by
cjlight
Advantages: Quality and fast overclocking, great for games
Disadvantages: In the shadow of the Core 2 duo motherboards
...When purchasing my new computer i needed a motherboard that could handle the latest technology and compete with the latest releases. The ASUS M2N32-SLI motherboard fitted within my budget of one hundred pounds and offered a powerful tool for over clocking my components to keep my machine competing with the stresses of new programs and hardware.
Fitting the motherboard and installing the other hardware was exactly the same as fitting other motherboards. The ASUS M2N32-SLI motherboard supports the AMD AM2 cpu and thus supports DDR2 ram, this meant that when recycling my old computer i was unable to use the cpu or the RAM and needed to purchase these items again.
The passive cooling on the ASUS M2N32-SLI means that no fans are needed to cool the motherboard making it quiet. The motherboard comes with a optional fan which snaps onto...

ASUS A8N-E BEST MOTHERBOARD I EVER USED
Review of ASUS A8N-E - motherboard - ATX - nForce4 Ultra by
Hi-Spec-Tek
Advantages: EVERY ADVANTAGE, SPEED, RELIABILITY, PERFORMANCE. A GREAT ALROUNDER.
Disadvantages: I COULD FIND NONE
...would rise. I did all I could to stave off this surplus heat, I had 5 fans in the case including the CPU with a good heat-sink and I went for the larger 120mm diameter case fans too. Getting the flow correct to ensure proper ventilation is very important (not much point one fan working against another!).
This week I had one of my units go down - kaput! The most used of my PC's using the ASUS A8N-E running for up to 16 hours per day over more than 2 years deserved a break! Well I cannot be certain that it was the motherboard that gave up but I feel there was an intrusion of some small metallic item, I will never know! I have a second unit of course, the one I am using now, I had changed all the pluggable components such as Graphics card, RAM, CPU, and everything possible but although the board stayed alive, (I know this because the LED...
