If any one want the PC for internet and for entertainment then every one will go for this.I used this mother board for 4 years there is no problem with the mother board. This mother board is made to support support the Intel Celeron processor in the mPGA478-pin package and If we come to the features of this mother board we have two slot for RAM and the bus speed of this mother board is 333 MHz FBS.according to Intel the 845 Mother board can support up to 2GB RAM but in my experience it can support up 1GB to 1.5GB of RAM and we also have six USB 2.0 slots four in rear ports and two front-panel USB 2.0 ports. asus p4b533-vm value for money

...i realy like this board not only is it stable its compact dont get me wrong it cant be considered the fastest board around but i can handle some of the newest games it also runs vista fine but i had a 2.8ghz p4 533/512 and 2gigs of ram.quite cheep to i paid 9pounds for mine and i think its a bargain for the newest to computing any serious gamer wouldnt go near it but i like it and another thing i had pc2700 ddr ram but the boards specs sayit cant take that much defo one of the most value for money boards out there also had it running with a x8 agp card it was for those who are interested geforce 5600 fx i loved it it also got some resonable 3dmark scores oviously not going to break any record but it wasnt made to.serious over-clockability i had my 2.8 p4 running at 3.6gh which isnt that bad all in all i thought it was a very good...

...Ive been using the MSi 845E max (6566e) motherboard for the past 2 years and it still performs as stable now as it did back then. The board itself is very well packaged and comes with all the usual extras including drivers CD and IDE cables for both CD-roms/hard drives and floppy disc aswell as an excellently informative and well laid out manual. The 845E Max by MSi supports all Pentium 4 processors as well as Celerons upto 3.06 ghz using the built in 845E Intel chipset and includes full support for both 133mhz front side bus (FSB) quad pumped (133 x 4 = 533 fsb) Pentium 4's and 184 pin PC 2100 (266mhz) DDR memory upto 2 ghz, there are 2 available memory slots which is plenty for most people and i whole heartedly recommend firstly adding 1 x 512mb of DDR to the motherboard so as to leave 1 free DDR slot if you ever chose to add...

...I brought this from ebuyer a few months back, for my new system build. I wanted a motherboard which had plenty of features/ports etc, without braking the bank, and this does just that. With 4 USB port, 7.1 surround sound audio card, 4 rear USB ports + 2 headers, Printer Port, and even 2 PCI-E 16X for SLi and 2 PCI-E and 2 PCI card slots, which is a good use of the slots available, with the PCI-E sure to be used more in the future, with it's smaller and faster slot. So, after unpacking, I found there to be a lot of accessories with this board, keeping up to ASUS's standards. I applied the headers to the case and installed the motherboard easy enough, connected everything up etc. and it was up and running. Not so good.

Advantages: It works...
Disadvantages: but not very well

...I bought this motherboard in the hope that is provided a 100Mhz FSB. I opened it up, and then read the manual to find that the 93, and 100Mhz clock factors have a little white piece of paper over it saying that it cannot use these speeds as it is not very stable. This motherbaord does like to crash now and then, and it the SiS chipset is not very good either. Don't bother with this motherboard, there are plenty around that are much better. The price was affordable though. The fastest processor supported by this motherboard is 400MHz, and is rather outdated now....
