...Hello and welcome to my review on the Athena Beach Hotel, in Cyprus. In this review I will try to explain as much as I can about the hotel, why we chose the hotel and the area and what is available once you get there. -Why Cyprus- Why choose Cyprus? As a family we have never really thought about going to Cyprus, as my Grandad served his national service there for 2 years. So all we really knew about it was there where the Turkish side and the Greek side, and they were always fighting. We know a lot of people who have been to Cyprus and they all gave it a big thumb up, but we never really understood what all the fuss was about. A year ago my dad, my sister and I done a scuba diving course in Malta so a big must for this years holiday was that we must go somewhere that has a good dive centre. Review of Athena Beach Hotel, Paphos

An amazing hotel for your honeymoon!

Advantages: beautiful, great choice, calming
Disadvantages: rooms a little small

...facilities such as the gym, cinema, beauty rooms we did not use but upon looking in they looked very clean, cool and the staff were very welcoming. This was a brilliant hotel to stay in for our honeymoon as it had that edge to it which meant it was special- champagne for breakfast, overly helpful staff etc. We would love to go back there if we could ever afford to again! It cost around £1,800 for 10 nights and bed and breakfast. This did also include our flight and transfer too. The evening meals were 30 euros each not including wine and cocktails at the bar were about 6 euros each which with todays exchange rate is similar to british prices. The hotel is exclusively for adults and so if you do have children it's sister hotel further down the road- The Athena Beach Hotel- is the place to go for you! This was an amazing place to go...

Protect the Goddess Athena

Advantages: Easy to play with lots of flashy animation
Disadvantages: Graphic could use some improvements

...I am a big fan of Saint Seiya anime and still waiting for the last 2 chapters of the last series. Being a fan of the anime, I can say this game has a good representative of the anime. First of all it's a fighting game, not an adventure or RPG game. Not sure why it's placed in the RPG & Adventure section but it doesn't really matter :-) Saint Seiya is based on Greek mythology (not entirely though), where the Goddess Athena will be reincarnated as human every few hundred years as evil appears to threaten the world. And the Goddess is protected by her loyal saint fighters wearing saint clothes (almost all of them are the name of zodiac constellations). It ranges from Bronze Saints, Silver Saints to the most powerful ones Gold Saints whose saint clothes are the 12 zodiacs that we know. But the main heroes are the 5 bronze saints. As...

Review of Saint Seiya: The Hades (PS2)

Escapism . .

Advantages: Escapism, cheap, not to be taken too seriously.
Disadvantages: Slightly dated, not that believable.

...In this review, the plot will not be given away, you may read every word without fear of it being spoilt. (I may regret this) Escape to Athena, a very good war film, actually released on the 6th of June (D day) but in 1974. The cast consists of :- Anthony Valentine Claudia Cardinale David Niven Elliott Gould Roger Moore Stefanie Powers Telly Savalas There are of course many other actors in this film, plus the obligatory extras without whom productions like this would not be possible. The film carries a PG rating, which was probably right for the sevebties, but of course times move on, and I tend to think there is nothing in this movie, that would concern a parent. Butcher Bay is so 2004

Advantages: Great Gameplay, Great graphics, Riddick is awesome, Great Voicework, Two Games in One

...Assualt on Dark Athena is the second game to come from the riddick universe. After the critically acclaimed Escape from Butcher Bay, fans knew it was only a matter of time before a sequel was made. The game is made up of two campaigns, the new Assault on Dark Athena story and the old Escape from Butcher Bay story. The Escape from Butcher bay Stroy has however beeen given a massive graphics update and some minor touches to make up for previous critisisms. The Assault On Dark Athena campaign is set almost straight after butcher Bay ends and is a continuation of the story where Riddick finds himself on the ship, Dark Athena and must escape. The god of war slays everything in it's path

Advantages: Fantastic storyline, brilliant graphics, superb range of moves puzzles and weapons
