...The Rules of Attraction I am a great fan of Bret Easton Ellis. In my teens ?American Psycho? was my favourite book and that?s probably why I was so disappointed with Mary Hallan?s film adaptation. Perhaps it?s because I haven?t read ?The Rules of Attraction? that I found Roger Avary?s interpretation of Ellis? work such a visceral delight. I should start off by saying this is not a film for kids, the faint-hearted or the easily offended (the same can probably be said for my review). So if you?re a Daily Mail kind of a guy I?d just stop reading now cos you ain?t gonna like it. The pre-credits sequence pretty much sets the tone for the rest of the film and neatly sums up its central elements. Romance and laughter: Animal Attraction

Advantages: Ashley Judd and a great cast

...We've had laminate flooring in our last two houses and cleaning them has always been a bit of a struggle. They get dusty really quickly and when you've got a cat that runs in from outdoors with muddy paws and slides 10 feet across the floor before thudding into the opposite wall, keeping it clean is a daily task.
