...I first wrote this review when I booked the car and based on that experience, I can truely recommend Auto-Europe as a great alternative to holiday autos..... NOT only did I get a remarkable cheap deal...(less than £600 for 4 weeks, Passat) but recently they sent me an email saying that the boooking I made was now actually available for £49 less and arranged a refund.... unbelievable service and very cheap. The deal they gave me was with Europecar, and is several couple of hundred less than europecar are offering them selves, so read on and then just do it! Advantages: Great missions and a great army out to catch you.

...Grand theft auto 2 is a great improvement of gran theft auto and grand theft auto london. There are loads of cars of many different speeds. There is also now the added thing of gaving gangs of three different types. You can only get jobes from them when you gain respect by killing members of other gangs and by completing some of the jobs. There are also some added weapons and increased strengths in the law with added rienforcments of swat teams, FBI and even the army try to destroy you as the final thing. The army and FBI can be very fun and enjoyable to get away from. You can also steal the armys tanks and use the without having to find hidden ones.... Read review

...I needed a clutch for my my car, a small Italian Stalion with a servere judder and crunching noise when selecting every gear. Out of convenience I booked my car in to the Nationwide Auto Centre at the end of the road. After only 15 min the Nationwide Auto Centre phoned me back to say that it needed a new clutch and they could start it right away at a cost of £318 fitted. Being a female that knows nothing about cars I reluctantly agreed but I did think that was expensive. Out of curiosity and a bit persuasion from my work colleagues I contacted the local Mr Clutch and was quoted £199 fitted which made my blood boil, then proceeded to contact another Nationwide Auto Centre only 5 miles away who said without any persuasion that they would match the Mr Clutch price of £199 fitted. Disadvantages: No depth to the writing

...Auto Express has been going for over 10 years now. It was launched as a budget competitor to Autocar and though it still undercuts its old adversary by 50p or so that is hardly a killer saving. Like Autocar it is published weekly and similarly offers the reader a diet of road tests and motoring news and opinion. However whereas the Autocar relies on its authoritative stature Auto Express projects itself as a more vibrant younger magazine. Auto Express tends to use a lot of shorter snippets of items many articles being of less than 200 words. This gives an overall impression that the magazine is targeted very much to those who perhaps have, shall we say, a short attention span. The information however is consequently easily digestible and perhaps the magazine will be at its best in a dentists waiting room. One positive aspect... Read review

...Grand Theft Auto 2 follows on from the smash hit Grand Theft Auto. The new game adds to the original what it missed in graphics and sound. There is constant music throughout the game, and graphics are more textured and well designed. There are a totally new set of levels to play on, each packed with new missions, weapons, cars and cheats. This means the game itself is nothing like the original except in concept and theme. Personally, i dislike the new changes. Before the game ran faster and was much less lagged over network and internet play. The new graphics make the game slow even on my ADSL connection - a far cry from what it aims to acheive. This game is nothing like it's predecessor, and it has sadly, lost it's playability to give way to graphics and textures it doesn't need.... Read review

...Grand Theft Auto One of the most addictive games ever out. You can get add on packs like London to the game if you want more. As the name suggests you have to steal an outrageous number of cars, limos and buses in order to complete various dastardly missions. Most involve committing a variety of felonies, such as bank jobs. Weapons also from an integral of Grand Theft Auto, with a few machines guns and even rocket launchers used to blast other crooks to kingdom come. The game carries an 18 certificate, so be warned. This game has got to be the highlight of the year 1999. This has got gamplay that will have you on it for 3 months night and day just playing on it constantly. You will be surprised by the graphics but the gameplay will make up for it though.... Read review

...Grand Theft Auto London is similar to the original Grand Theft Auto but now has not only a huge new level to play in but new cars, jobs and slightly improved graphics. You play as a criminal who makes money by doing jobs, which usually involve assassinating people and blowing things up. If you don't want to do any jobs you can just drive around in stolen cars, running over pedestrians and avoiding (or killing) the police. Before you rush out to buy it, note that GTA - London 1969 requires the original GTA to run. Also, with GTA2 out and GTA3 on the way it may not be worth getting.... Read review

...I bought this as a basic machine with auto feed - but the line gets clogged, overfeeds, winds itself round the spool and I have to keep unplugging & sorting it out. I have looked at Flymo's site and the problem is that Flymo's auto feed is not what a normal human being would think it is - "…does not mean it feeds automatically at full speed, it works on centrifugal force on start and stopping" . So when I stop and start it feeds more out - that's my problem. On the box it simply said 'autofeed' and there are NO instructions on the head and spool. So to stop it feeding too much I must keep the machine going going at all costs - but that is dangerous !!! - I cannot recommend this - Black and Decker next time.... Read review

...This is one fine, fine piece of kit. I got it a couple of years ago in a sale for £150 and it’s been faultless. I did a sound engineering course at night school during my A-Levels and this device was a huge help. The 701 has plenty of extra features, auto recording start when sound is detected, auto split tracks when recording from a CD, auto split tracks every x minutes (Used when recording one long lump of sound) and a long play mode, that doubles the length available but only records in mono. There are a couple of niggly thing though, the title is always scrolled regardless of whether it fits without needing to scroll or not and entering track names is a pain – though there is a guide to making a PC link for it out on the net – see www.minidisc.org....
