...I'm a massive eye liner fan, and I'm always on the look out for new ones. So I added the Boots Natural Collection eye liner in Black to my collection of pencils for just 72p. 72p!!! Can you believe it? No, nor could I! I hadn't used Boots Natural Collection products before, and I wasn't too bothered about what I expected the quality to be like as the price was so low, I couldn't have given a monkeys if it had been crap. However, I was pleasantly surprised...The eye liner was of good quality. It was relatively easy to apply, although it was a little hard. I over came this difficulty by running it under warm water (with the lid on) in order to soften it. I had to sharpen this eye liner after every use. But perhaps not everyone will have to as I insist on having a sharp line, and I apply a thick line on both top and bottom... Read review

...Let me just say that Marilyn Monroe had the right idea. Minimal shadow, maximum eyeliner and lashes. Move over, Britney, with your caked on, smoky, over-used shadows. We can emphasize our eyes without all the crap. Clinique has come to our rescue. Clinique™ Eye Defining Liquid Liner comes in four shades: Black, Dark Brown, Iced Plum and Navy. As usual, I have all four of these shades. I can only think of two more shades that this needs to be manufactured in, but these four are a very good start. Black: This particular black is of the Mars Black family (meaning it has more yellow than the bluer cousin, Jet Black). As far as colouring goes, the fact that this liner is indeed so thin makes the yellow tone virtually unnoticeable. I hope it is all included now · The Bourjois Liner Parfait liquid eyeliner is presented in a small black and gold bottle that fits into a zip up compartment in your handbag nicely. Liquid eyeliner is a much more convenient idea than using a kohl pencil. I always seem to break ordinary wooden eye pencils when I try to sharpen them and end up with a two-inch stump. Eyeliners make your eyes look bright and clear. They can also make your eyes look bigger. · To begin with I had a few problems getting used to using a liquid liner and I saw a tip in a magazine which said it is better to wipe off the extra eye liner from the brush and then to flatten the brush a little before applying to your eyes with the thinnest part of the brush. ...Well I lied I didnt actually make it but I wear it!! As you may have noticed if you have read some of my other ops I am a big fan of Avon. Not only for make-up but my mum also likes the jewellery and gifts! That’s why when I found Avon’s Liquid Eye Liner Pen I was really pleased, as it seemed to me that it would be easier to apply. I have tried eyeliner pencils but I don’t like to use them to do a line at the top of the eyelid just above the eyelashes. I have also tried other liquid eyeliners, but find these very difficult to apply as my hand wobbles and I end up looking rather strange! As the Avon eyeliner was a pen, I thought it would be easier to apply as you can choose how thick you apply it! I am at the moment on my second tube. ...Have you ever had a need for something and when that need was finally met, you couldn't believe it? Ok, apart from my fabulous guy, I was in need of a brow-liner. I had previously been using Clinique's Brow Shaper in Soft Brown, but the brush was far too thick for my thin brows, and I was basically SOL. I decided it was time to upgrade, but nothing really spoke to me. I had resorted to dulling the line of one of my lighter Quick Liners in order to fill in my brows. ...This is a great eyeliner by Avon, and for such a small price - £4.50. Packaging: comes in a small pencil shaped tube, which you twist up at the bottom. At the end of the pencil, it has a coloured band, indicating what coour the eyeliner is. It comes in a black tube, whcih is quite thin, but despite the thinness and size of this tube, it lasts a long time. Eye Liner: This is quite a soft pencil, but its not to soft to smudge to much, so it's not brilliant if you want to create the sexy, smudgy eyed look. The liner is quite thin, so it is perfect for lining the inside rim or the top rim. If you cannot apply this to the above eyelid, apply it to the bottom, and if you blink many times, then it will coat on to the underneath lid on the top. This lasts a long time on the eye and doesn't come off during the day. It is quite easy... Read review

...make-up and applied a new base and then did up my eyes. She then started on my lips...I told her that most lippy's don't suit me, she just told me that she will take care of it and would look fab by the end of it..so I left her to it. She picked up this lip-liner, never worn lipliner before but didn't say anything...the colour was this nice brown colour, matte, it wasn't too dark, kinda like the colour of nutmeg? It was actually called, 'Beech'..Shade Number below. Anyways, back to my make-over, she then applied some lipstick, slightly lighter to the lipliner. She then went back to the lip-liner and went over the edges of my lips again. I had no idea what she as doing or the effect she was trying to achieve. ...agree. If I couldn't get hold of this in the States then I would not buy it either. However, mine only set me back about £7.50, so I didn't mind so much. PACKAGING: Your eye-liner comes in a Clinique box, which is patterned green and beige with flowers. Inside you find a small brush, with plastic around it for protection and a little pot. The pot is glass with a silver lid and inside this you get 5ml of eyeliner. THE CLAIMS: From the Clinique website, they say that this 'Creamy liner brushes on deep, smoky, eye-defining colour. Long-wearing, waterproof formula. Ophthalmologist tested.' COLOURS: My eyeliner is number 02 - True Black. I love black eyeliner and nearly always chose this for its dramatic affect. ...I bought this product after seeing in my Avon catalogue, as I don’t always seem to have a steady hand. When my order had arrived I tired it immediately as I had a date later that evening so I was lucky as it had just arrived in time. I love wearing eyeliner because I have big eyes it brings out my eyes. I bought this roughly about a year ago and I since then I have bought two and I have currently ordered one. What I love about the product is that I can put it on when I am on the go it doesn’t take up much of my time and it is literally like a pen. In fact this one time I wasn’t looking, I reached into my bag and bought out a pen, I stopped when I saw that it was indeed a pen and not my eyeliner. ..., purples and navy tend to bring out the greens in one's eyes. The remaining shades are as follows: Grape Navy Violet Now, into the schematics in each of these liners from the top: Black/Brown: This particular liner is a deep, rich and cool brown. I tend to wear this liner at night, with black or dark grey clothing. I've received several compliments on this liner and it's an 'old faithful'. I like to have a classic around, just in case. However, some people tend to go a bit overboard... don't line your entire eye. People will call you raccoon. It's just silly and we're not in the 80's anymore, folks. *Dark Chocolate: Another classic. I tend to use this liner more in the fall. It's a very warm brown.
