Malaysia

Advantages: Beautiful beaches. Great shops at night great fun, forests too
Disadvantages: hot/humid/polluted

...Kuala Lumpur the capital of Malaysia is great for all tourists, in this very hot climate there are excellent hotels. There are great shops and things are very cheap, technology is pretty good too. Strange things were seen when exploring Malaysia, shops sellings testicles, yes i did say what you just read, Kangaroo testicles etc. I wont go into detail what else they were selling because you get the idea. I just said the last part to throw a huge contrast of Malaysia=let me explain, basically Malaysia is a great tourist destination because it has great sites like the worlds tallest towers - The twin towers in Kuala lumpur - I went there and trust me its very high, but for some reason they dont let you go right to the top! - and if any one was wondering yes you travel by elevator not stairs. The two towers are joined by a central...

Available car - they had one available for us!

Advantages: Loads of cars, no hard selling
Disadvantages: You might get passed from person to person in the show room

...Hubby decided it was time for a new car, and seeing as we don?t have any spare cash at the moment it was definitely going to be second hand and preferably as cheap as possible at a standard that we liked. Having heard all the adverts for available car.com we thought we would go and have a look around one of their forecourts just to get an idea of what we could get for what money. Availablecar.com are also available on line although not all cars in their show room are on line so it?s worth a visit to see what new vehicles have come in. They deal with cars ranging from £3000 to £15,000 so if you are looking for cheaper or have more money to spend you might be better off looking somewhere else! Just to make it clear available car only sell second hand cars, so don?t go expecting to get anything brand new, although they have a great...

Welcome to Malaysia!!!

Advantages: lots of attractions, nice people, wonderful foods and wonderful country
Disadvantages: sometimes you may not stand the hot and humidity...

...about all those foods. Malaysia has many kinds of restaurants almost everywhere in the cities and towns. There are Malay Restaurants, Chinese restaurants, Indian Restaurants, Thai Restaurants and more. Eating out in Malaysia is a real gastronomic adventure. There is such a great variety; spicy Malay Food, a seemingly endless variety of Chinese food, exotic cuisine from North and South India, as well as Nyonya and Portuguese Food. Popular Malaysian dishes include "satay", coconut rice, beef "rending", "roti canai"/ paratha, noodles, chicken rice, and fried noodles. Western cuisine is also easily available. In addition, international fast food chains operate in major towns side by side with thousands of road side stalls and food bazaars. We have restaurants that open 24 hours we called "mamak" stall owned by Indian Muslim, a perfect...

Malaysia Airlines, sets the benchmark for other airlines!

Advantages: Very hospitable, great customer service, no delays, no fuss, very welcoming
Disadvantages: You won't want to leave the plane!!

...Malaysia Airlines have flown me between Heathrow and Kuala Lumpur twice a year for the last 8 years and I wouldn't fly with any other airline. Firstly, if you're flying too and from Kuala Lumpur on a regular basis, join the Enrich frequent flyer reward programme. You will soon amass points that can then used for upgrades to business class when you want a real treat. Malaysian custom is to be very polite and hospitable and its no different with Malaysia Airlines (MAS). Whether its terminal three at Heathrow or check in at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, you get a warm greeting and all the assistance you require. In my experience, nothing ever seems too much trouble for either the MAS ground or flight crews. Many years ago I mentioned that my wife and I were on honeymoon and we were pleasantly surprised on-board with a bottle...

Some Info About Malaysia

Advantages: English is widely spoken
Disadvantages: Not Well Publicized

...and Chinese foods are more to steamy and stir fry stuff. But all of them are delicious! YOU CAN TRUST ON ME!!! Usually each state has their own popular dishes and fast foods are available all over the country. And Yes! Malaysia also has Mac Donald, Burger King and all kind of fast food restaurants. 'Thanks' for the people who think our country don't have that such of thing! ? but I would like you to try the Malaysian KFC. The taste of Malaysian KFC is 100 times better than other place in Europe! Try the hot and spicy KFC meal?. I bet you will love it! Make sure you try it! And that is why KFC is more popular than Mac Donald in Malaysia. The prices of most of the food are really cheap, even when you buy at the 5 star hotel or restaurant. But usually the food from the hotel is not as delicious as the one...

Want to to get know about Malaysia, Visit Melaka

Advantages: cheap, nice historical places
Disadvantages: difficult to getting around, most people speaks malay and chinese, poor public transport

...Do you like history or you are a historian? If the answer is Yes, then You should go to visit Melaka. Many people said that "visit Melaka, then you have already visited a whole Malaysia country." Melaka is well know as the city of heritage and history in Malaysia. It is located on the West Coast of Peninsular Malaysia facing the Straits of Malacca. To get there, you need to take an airplane to Kuala Lumpur International Airport and you can charter a cab to take you to Melaka. It might takes 3 hours before you can arrive at Melaka. If you are departing from Singapore, you can took coach and you need 4 hours to arrive in Melaka. PLACE TO STAY IN MELAKA Finding accommodation and spending a night in Malacca is a simple matter of choice and budget. For those people who prefers to stay in the city, there are a lot of choice for you. If...

Want to Live in Malaysia?

Advantages: Modern facilities, conveniently located, friendly people, lots to do
Disadvantages: None

...an event? Well, the Malaysian government has been actively promoting their MM2H programme. Unlike some of the neighbouring countries, like Thailand for example, which make it difficult for foreigners to stay long-term by setting so many traps of red-tape, the Malaysian government positively encourages people to make Malaysia their second home. Providing a foreigner meets certain qualifications, there's a ten-year visa available. For more info about MM2H, and the organisers of the Expo, see: http://www.mm2h.com . In addition to the booths, there were lots of other things going on: There was a series of seminars on various topics such as driving, diving, MM2H, tropical diseases, and property. There were classic and sports cars to admire - even if you can't afford them! Every visitor was invited to have a free foot spa and massage. There...

Malaysia - A good Country to Visit

Advantages: Tropical climate. Multi cultural Good food.
Disadvantages: Humidity.Traffic Jams in the Cities.

...Malaysia is a very good country to visit. It is comparatively cheap with the rinngit pegged to the US dollar at the rate of US$1:RM3.80. You can find budget hotels at around 15 pounds per night, 2/3 star hotels at about 20 pounds and if you look for special offers you can even stay in de luxe hotels for around 50 pounds per night. That is not bad is it ? Eating out can be very inexpensive - if you patronise the local hawker stalls you could get dinner for around a pound, and even a good meal in a air conditioned restaurant need not set you back more than three or four pounds.I have eaten marvellous dim sum buffet style in a hotel-The Mint-for less than 5 pounds. Another great feature of Malaysia is that it is a multi cultural nation with Malays/Indonesians, Chinese, Indians, and the indigenous peoples of the Peninsular...

Available Car Supermarket

Advantages: Wide choice, low pressure environment, competitive prices
Disadvantages: There's not enough of them about!

...and experiment with which style and model would suit us best. The ability to do this meant we were able to discount some models and settle on a Ford Galaxy. We decided to go and see if we could find someone to just run some prices past, and ended up going for the deal. We were a little miffed at only being offered a few hundred pounds part-ex for our mondeo, but we were advised if we wanted more from it - to keep it and sell it private as Available car would only really have any use for it by sending it to auction. The figures looked good, the finance was very competative and obviously the more cash you could send their way, the better the finance deal looked. We were offered a test drive, which we initially declined.... then accepted but chose not to drive it.... more sit and feel the ride. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the range in...

Malaysia Airlines - Going beyond expectations

Advantages: First class service, good entertainment system, excellent airplane,
Disadvantages: May be a little expensive

.... ****The Journey**** The crew members are indeed very friendly and helpful. One think i like about Malaysia Airlines is that the crew makes you feel at home and they are always ready to serve you with a sweet smiling face. The seats are comfortable and it's what you would expect for the price you are paying. The cabin is clean and all flights are NON SMOKING flights (even in the toilet, which is GOOD). The meals are good and they serve three varieties each time. It also comes with unlimited cocktails, wine, liquers, beer or any other soft drinks and juices. Snacks (such as chocs, biscuits, rolls) are available throughout the journey for free and all you've got to do is to press the 'service button and they'll attend to you in an incredibly short time. I'm impressed myself. AS well as the normal food they serve, Malaysia Airlines has...
