These things go up & down in minutes (or at least the 2 man vector does!) stand up to all sorts of weather (I've used mine in a hailstorm in gale force winds in Biarritz!!) & they are pretty light.
They also came in all shapes & sizes which are variations on the basic Dome.
When new you just fix the inner inside the Fly & that's where it stays, the tent is almost free standing when the poles are locked straight although like all tents it is important to stratch the peg rubbers when anchoring it down & apply the Guy lines if expecting rough weather.
Even with the Guys in place this tent only uses 12 pegs!
I've been touring on a mountain bike with one in France numerous times & the simplicity when you have to keep putting up / taking down is great.

Suunto Vector Black Negative face
Advantages: Light weight, good features if calibrated properly. Rugged.
Disadvantages: Quite big, but it does do a lot to be fair!!!!
...Spent some time looking for a good outdoor watch with Altimeter, Compass and Barometric Pressure etc.. The Vector hits all those and so far seems pretty accurate. The compass once calibrated properly is accurate to within 3-5 degrees, one nice feature is the levelling bubble on the face that allows you to get a more accuarte reading. A big watch in terms of circumferance but really light weight you will not notice it on your wrist after a few minutes.
The Altimeter is pretty good but you do need to update it quite regularly, the best way to do this is to put the height in to the Altimeter, being one of the older watches in the suunto range it doesn't have the function as some of the newer one s do of being able to freeze the altimeter mode when at home and leave it in Barometer mode and then switch to Altimeter when out hiking, but i...

5 Star Budget Parker
Advantages: Cheap, Parker, Quality
Disadvantages: Mine looks unprofessional, MArks through the paper
...I seem to have recently started my own Parker fan club having owned 4 pens in the last few months, I'll admit it's the vector rollerball that's been getting the most use from myself. Costing just £1.99 from the works when I got it, the pen has a ?street map? graphic across the barrel which seems rather childish but yet likeable, even more so when you realise you're getting a Parker at that sort of a price. It's not the most professional of the Parker's out there, pens like the jet black M2 are much more ?business? modelled than this one but it's hard not to like it's charm even if it does look more like it'd feel at home in a 13 year old girls pencil case. The pen, as all Parker's with lids seem to have, posses a metal ?butt? to place the lid on when the pen is in use.

...The Suunto Vector is mid range in the colection of wristwatch computers.
The features include
Altimeter up to 9000m with ascent/decent rate,memory, log book which stores totals and averages.
Barometer/Thermometer again with memory functions
Compass with bearing tracking and bubble level for level reading.
Watch with 3 daily alarms,countdown and stopwatch.
A large easy to read display which can be set to read a variety of data at once and illuminated by a blue back light.
The buttons on the sides are large enough to operate with a gloved finger which is useful in foul/cold weather.
There is a battery warning symbol when the power reaches 5-15% which allows time to replace battery and is simple to change.The battery should last over a year.
Suunto state that the watch is water resistantto 30m as long as the buttons are not...

Saab 93 2.2 TDi Vector (2002 model)
Advantages: Smart, stylish & fast
Disadvantages: handling (at times)
...An excellent car, improved on the earlier hatchback version which was replaced by the sports saloon from late 2002.
IMPROVEMENTS
The sports saloon is stylish, with sleek looks and providing a range of interior styles. The neetness of the chrome finish and half leather seats provided in the Vector model finnishes the car nicely on the inside. The body colour bumpers and spoilers present a sleeker look on the outside than provided on the lower spec models.
FUEL CONSUMTION
With a combination of motorway and town driving I manage to average around 41 mpg, which isn't bad, but less than I had hoped for. Typically I will get around 500 miles to a tank, making refills less frequent.

Flash, The Ruler of Vector Animation Software
Advantages: Excellent to use and comprehensive help files
Disadvantages: Expensive

There is a new idea, straight from Macromedia Director 8, the movie explorer, allowing you to see the cast in your movie. Talking about Director, Flash now has integrated Director and Adobe Photoshop, along with Dreamweaver, and allows you to interchange things with ease.
Overall, the change is minimal, but they are worth it, soon Macromedia, although Flash is already the greatest Vector Animation software, will have an unbeatable formula....

This game has amazing video quiality which is not a shock considering it's from "Nintendo" which has been a brilliant success amongst the gaming industry. Also the sound effects are excellent which add's to the whole gaming experience.
The only problem that i have found with the game is the time it takes to load each event. You have to go through a number of pages just to play the event and it gets quite annoying after awhile.
Overall i think that this game is worth it's money and i recommend to buy it.
I'd rate it 7/10...
