...was named as AVM, a rare condition that affects 1 in 20,000 babies. It’s not genetic and it had nothing to do with anything me and my partner ever did.
It was hard enough loosing a baby; it was hard enough watching him die and nothing will ever break my heart like that did. His face watching me as he took his last breath, I wouldn’t wish that pain on anyone. Trying to go home and back to normal with my body telling me I should be a mum was a mum but not having a baby. Well, to be honest I couldn’t deal with it and what with my partner’s grief as well, it tore me and him apart. We separated although we are still good friends and still talk.
