.... ****The Bottle**** It comes in a fairly plain clear plastic bottle. There is a hook lid which pulls off the top. If you clip this onto the bottom of the bottle you can hang it upside down in the shower. It has a squirty top which has a special seal so after dispensing the body wash no more leaks out. On the front label there is a close-up picture of an avocado. The avocado as you know has a strange texture and its quite an unusual picture to use on the packaging but its original, natural and works well. ****The Body Wash**** It is a beautiful pale green colour. It smells of avocado and is fresh and light. It foams up quickly and leaves a light, delicate fresh fragrance on your skin. I think it is suitable for men and women. mmmmm, tasty and fresh!

Advantages: Good to the enviroment, tasty
Disadvantages: Some may not be up to quality

...I absolutely love avocados; they are sodium and cholesterol free and have only 5g of fat per serving. A mouth watering desert, starter or used in a main course without putting on the weight! It really depends where a bouts you buy your avocados to what quality they are. From my experience from asda, they are bland yet do have a smooth creamy texture, and they are not always ripe. From Morrison I would say is where I have bought the best avocados. They are almost always ripe, are incredibly creamy and have a strong distinctive taste. They don't really have a smell to them at all, but the taste makes up for that! To test whether or not they are ripe, just gently squeeze the outer surface of the avocado and it wants to be soft, but not too soft! What gives me a buzz and makes me smile?

Everyday I use my GHD hair straighteners with a straightening balm or lotion to ensure it is poker straight and all of the styling and creams I use takes it toll on my hair, often leaving it dry with a straw like feel and I hate the thought of split ends, so anything I can do to repair damage I am willing to do. My stylist recommended that I use a treatment at least once a week especially with my heavy GHD use and although he didn't recommend anything in particular I decided to try one my sister had been quite taken with and that is Burt's Bees Avocado Butter Hair Treatment which I found in my local pharmacy retailing at £11.49 for a 123g tube. ...This is one of my favourite salads and it's a great option for vegetarians/vegans as it's sometimes hard to find tasty salads that contain no meat or eggs. I am a vegetarian and have tailored and adapted this salad to my needs and preferences. As a vegetarian,I first found the recipe in a magazine and it is apparently the salad Jennifer Aniston lunches on daily but unfortunately it contained meat...so I first replaced the meat with quorn and then with tofu but I now eat without either as I think it tastes just as good and it's even lower in calories than it was before! I have also changed some of the salad ingredients and replaced them with my favourite salad leaves. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do...
