...of the hand. Then rub the thick gritty cream with the fingers over the face.
3) Wash of the skin with luke warm water and pad dry with a warm towel.
Your skin should feel clean and slightly tingly as the anti bacterial agent in ‘Avon’s Clearskin Cleansing Scrub’ takes full effect, helping to reduce spots and blemishes on the face.
**Consistency**
‘Avon’s Clearskin Cleansing Scrub’ consists of many small gritty particles that provide a deep clean whilst the lager particles exfoliate the skin cells of the face.
**Cost**
£3.50 for 100mls tube. As yet there are no bonus sizes for this Avon product.
This is great value for money as a tube last around a month. Three pound fifty is a small price to pay for radiant skin!

Avon Shimmering Gold
Review of Avon Bronzing Powder by
Alterego
Advantages: ease of application, price, quality
Disadvantages: only available from Avon catalogue
...Having been in the cosmetics business for 13 years,(not connected with Avon) and having tried practically every bronzer on the market I was amazed when I tried Avon's Pressed Powder in Shimmering Gold, one of three different shades in the range of either pressed or loose powder for the face. Applied with a large powder brush and dusted lightly over the whole face and neck it gave me a very natural looking tan. Contrary to it's name it does not have any sparkle in it, this is the main reason I liked it and what made it so different to other bronzing powders. A 12g(a good size) box of loose powder is only £5.25 and the pressed powder 10g just £3. refils are available for the compact too. A great product that I highly recommend....

Cleanser for the 21st Century
Review of Avon Moisturising Gentle Creme Cleanser by
angela.muscat
Advantages: Good value, leaves skin feeling moisturised and clean
Disadvantages: None
...I have been an Avon Representative for about 5 years. I serve about 80 regular customers each campaign and one of the favourite repeat orders is Avon's Moisturising Creme Cleanser.
I have used Avon's Moisturising Creme Cleanser since it was introduced which I would estimate to be about two years. My husband, who suffers from mild psoriasis, also uses it although I'm sure he wouldn't want his workmates to know!
The packaging has a very simple design. It consists of a transparent tube containing the cleanser which is a pale peach colour. It has a pleasant scent and is not thick or greasy. The product is for 'Normal to Dry Skin'. The instructions are clear and the product is easy to use. You must gently massage the product into moistened skin, which roughly translated means wipe your face with a flannel first. Then rinse...

Review of Avon Tea Tree Shampoo by
wulise
Advantages: A goes a long way and it has a pleasant smell that children like.
Disadvantages: None that I have found.
...My grandfather use to say that ‘a woman’s hair should look and shine like a horse’s mane when well brushed and should be her pride and joy’. So to help achieve this I like a to have hair that is clarified from all the harmful chemical that come from modern day living. You know what I mean, cigarette smoke, car fumes, fumes from burger bars and the like! Avon’s Naturals Tea Tree shampoo cleans the skin tingly clean and the hair is totally clarified too. Avon Tea Tree shampoo is great to use in the shower as it promotes healthy hair and scalp allowing all hair types to have beautiful hair. The essential oil within this shampoo also has anti-bacterial properties too so it is great for treating any sores on the scalp.
This product can be found within Avon’s Naturals Collection for face and body. All products in this range contain Tea Tree...

Free sample from your Avon lady
Review of Avon Retroactive Face Cream by
WAD1-2-3
Advantages: good cream
Disadvantages: none
...When the Avon lady was giving out Retroactive Face Cream, I thought wait I'll get a sample for my mum.
She's always after products to make herself younger. She normally uses Oil of Olay which is quite expensive.
Well, anyway I gave her the sample and after a couple of weeks of using it, she did think her face was more smoother, and the complexion was much more fresh looking rather than worn out.
She now uses this product, it's cheap and works. Sometimes, the best things in life don't cost a bomb and are cheap.
She's glad that I got her a sample although initially I am sure she thought I was being cheeky.
A good product which will help freshen your face up....

Avon Bronzing Pearls
Review of Avon Face Pearls by
Minxx
Advantages: Easily applied!
Disadvantages: None!
...got them. I have used foundations though i never liked them.
With bronzing pearls you apply them to your face using the sponge that is provided with them or you can use a make up brush, i use a make up brush as i think it makes it easier to apply and evenly. They give your face a natural brown tint look, though what i found with most foundations they can look abit oily and it is very easy to apply too much, i have never had this with bronzing pearls.
You can also purchase a lighter brown which would probably be best for peole with very light, fair skin.
You can purchase these every month in the Avon brochure for 7.99, which to me, is very reasonable as they last for months at a time.
You can also visit the Avon website for a purchase at www.avon.com.uk.
I have also seen them on Ebay for 3.99.
I would deffently recommended...

Oh no, not another Wrinkle.
Review of Avon Anew Line Eliminator (Line Plumper) by
wulise
Advantages: Can be returned if you do not like it!
Disadvantages: I still have fine lines!
...Reaching my mid-thirties, shock horror I am starting to spy those fine lines appearing on my face. I love to try out creams and lotions on my face but it is in vain. The lines are definitely there. ‘Oh my God!’
Well Avon can you help? Right on queue they launch ‘Anew Line Plumper’. It ‘instantly fades away age-revealing lines with surface smoothers and line plumpers’. The advertising claims that ‘Anew Line Plumper’ will target all those unwanted lines and wrinkles, if applied to the problem area. In just seven days lines and wrinkles will begin to smooth away and over time deeper lines and wrinkles virtually disappear. It is also gently formulated t for sensitive skin, and also contains SPF15. (I am please to see SPF’s are being added to face creams).
**How to use ‘Anew Line Plumper’**
Apply ‘Anew Line Plumper’ directly where your...

I do not want to look like a Spotted Dick.
Review of Avon Clearskin Astringent Cleansing Lotion by
wulise
Advantages: Suitable for both males and females to use.
Disadvantages: Not really very good for older, drier skin!
...Cleanser Sensitive’ is suitable for use on sensitive skin too. Catherine who is now fifteen tends to use this cleanser twice a day; in the morning and also at night.
**Ideal Skin Type**
This is suitable to be used on anyone with sensitive skin. The best skin type for the Avon ‘Astringent Cleanser Sensitive’ is dry skin with an oily texture. This is typical of most teenagers skin due to the hormonal changes within the body.
**What does Avon ‘Astringent Cleanser Sensitive’ do**
This Avon product helps to remove and also reduce excess oil on the skin, thus leaving the face feeling clean and refreshed. The cleansing process helps to reduce those awful blemishes whilst keeping the skin “spotlessly”.
**Cost**
Avon ‘Astringent Cleanser Sensitive’ comes in two sizes.
100mls bottle costs £3.29.
200mls bottle costs £4.99.

Avon Clearskin Cleansing Scrub
Review of Avon Clearskin Cleansing Scrub by
Rine
Advantages: It's refreshing and cleansing.
Disadvantages: It may be too harsh for sensitive skin.
...***PRODUCT ADVANTAGES***
If you want a face wash that leaves your face feeling extremely refreshed and fully-cleansed, this cleansing scrub is just the thing for you.
It contains micro-particles which gently remove dead skin cells and leaves you feeling fresh and clean.
Its anti-bacterial formula also helps it get rid of dirt that gets into your skin.
***DISADVANTAGES***
But, unfortunately, this product does have disadvantages as well. The small particles it contains that makes it so refreshing may be too harsh for sensetive skin and may cause the skin to peel. This is why, if you have sensitive skin or not, you are only supposed to use this product three times a week at the most.
***WHERE IT CAN BE BOUGHT***
This is an Avon product, so it can be bought in a number of ways, first of all, it can be bought using a form in the Avon...

GET BACK TO BASICS
Review of Avon Basics Rich Moisture Face Cream by
junkboxjules
Advantages: Inexpensive but high quality product that works well
Disadvantages: None that I'm aware of
...I have grown up with Avon products as my Mum was an Avon Representative.
Over the decades I have seen many Avon products come and go, mainly due to ever changing trends. However, Avon Rich Moisture Face Cream is a product that has survived the ever changing trends and despite the packaging having received several face lifts and the new product name, Avon Basics Rich Moisture Face Cream, the product itself has remained unchanged. Don't be put off because the product is inexpensive and is called Basics as despite being inexpensive the product performs to the highest standard.
The product is available in 100ml and 200ml sizes and is packaged in a white tub with a pale green lid, it is easily identifiable as the wording 'Avon Basics Rich Moisture Face Cream' adorns the front of the container. The back of the container gives...
