...I\'m one of those people that plays with testers, asks people what scent they are wearing and...when visiting other peoples lavatories, I can\'t help but give that tempting little potions bottle a little squirt to sample the delights (and sometimes not so delightful aromas) that it has to offer. In the past Avon has drawn me in, only for me to find that the products (mainly cosmetics) are as cheap in quality as they are in price. So I was more than pleasantly suprised when I sprayed Avon Naturals Soothing Lavender and Chamomile. The smell is light and refreshing, a subtle flowery scent that ligers but not in a bad way! Get the natural match

Advantages: no orange lines, long lasting
Disadvantages: not many shades, a brit pricey

...whereas with cheap ones you may not get the same results. By the time I am finishing work it is still fine. It does the job perfectly. This 30ml bottle comes in a few shades: natural cream natural fawn natural nude natural porcelain natural beige natural honey so as you can see not a huge variety but enough to start. I hope that if this sells well Avon will increase the range to suit other skin tones. I have not had any ill effects with this foundation either, no dried out skin, no irritation and no reactions. The box does tell me that it is dematologist & allergy tested. Non-comedogenic. I got this while it was on promotion so it cost me £10 as an introductory price instead of the normal £12.00. Quite pricey for me for a foundation as I normally only pay about £6.00 but I think the results are well worth it...

...I have been an Avon representative when I was 13. It was probably one of the worst jobs I ever did. I had to try so hard to get sales by pushing brochures through peoples door then come back to see if there were any orders. At this time I earned 10 % on every commission and my mum had to pay up front for the orders with a cheque. Then I had to go back to collect the cash and deliver the goods. A lot of the time people were not in or they did not have the money so I had to call back numerous times before I could deliver the goods. Some people decided they didn't want the goods when they came so I lost commission. I had to earn over £100 before I could get paid any commission and most of the time I didn't reach that so I would put an order in myself. Avon Almond Body Lotion Soft as a Baby's Bum

Advantages: Leaves skin soft and supple with a great fragrance.

I decided to try this one after receiving a recommendation from a friend. At £2.75 (normal price) for 250mls I thought it was a bit pricey - but Avon always have special offers on. When I purchased it the deal was Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Not bad, I thought if it works. This is the only size of bottle that this product comes in. The first thing that struck me about it was the smell - a lovely fresh refreshing smell that really made the nosebuds go. As I applied the lotion it was like rubbing silk over my skin. She hands out the brochures and collects then in, while I put the orders online and sort them out when they come through. I work under my Auntie who has like 7 others so she makes a lot. To start handing out your brochures, all you have to do, is; Buy brochures online, but for the first two campaigns you get the books free from your area manager.
