...of speakers in. But good speakers cost money, and with the disappearing profit margins on new PCs chucking in some crap speakers is quite common. For general Windows use you only need bog standard speakers, but then for Windows use you don't need a top of the range soundcard either. The Soundblaster 64 AWE was at the time a top of the range card, and was used professionally not all that long ago, but as time moves on it becomes a budget option for home PC's. Now, first up I better say that mine isn't actually a card, it's integrated on to the motherboard, but to all intents and purposes (according to the manual) it should be as good as having the real card. Advantages: A shining example of mother natures creativity
Disadvantages: none she is just superb

Awe and Wonder all rolled into one!

Advantages: Lou Rhodes' unforgettable vocals, lively tracks throughout
Disadvantages: Could do without the first track, apart from that nothing

A.I. - Aweful, Bizarre, Endless.

Advantages: Teddy - hes a star
Disadvantages: Rediculous story line and twists. A real waste of good subject matter.

...you just have to see it to believe it. Before I went to see it, a friend told me that he would not go back to see the film for free, he would pass up the opportunity and would rather stay at home doing nothing. I didn't believe him at the time, but I feel exactly the same now. I really just wouldn't feel it was value for money. Mark: 1/10. Aweful, Bizarre, Endless....

I'm in awe!

Advantages: Removes hair beautifully on big areas (legs) with small and quickly dissapering after-effects
Disadvantages: Useless for bikini line and other tricky areas. Also, the wipes are not good

...The awe64 is a great card if you only want one set of speakers and 64 bit sound quality. If you are after superb editiong ability and recording features then go for a more expensive card. I have the awe 64 gold, and there is little difference betwen this and the standard card. The sound is a LITTLE bit crisper. The card is great if you want a sound card to run your games and listen to your CD's but thats about the limit of what your going to get. I would recommend this to new users or users who are not really that serious about sound....
