...I dj 2-3 times a week and often take my equipment in and out of venues so I need equipment that is durable and reliable. Ive had a pair of axis 9's for a few years now. They have turned out to be quite reliable and consistent where more expensive models weren't .. very important if you dj'ing at a gig. If you are a laptop Dj the Axis 9's works fine with all the major software, VDJ, Rockit, Traktor etc. There are some new features on the axis 9's along with all the standard feature on the axis series. Pitch-lock (called key-lock on numarks) is one of the most useful features I use and in my opinion axis 9's do this much better than others in a similar price range like 1200DZ or CDJ 200. They have very decent effects that are really easy to use, most notably, the scratch function which is a direct improvement from previous models like...

MusicMan Axis Review

Advantages: Great for smaller hands. Lightweight. Easy to play.
Disadvantages: Floyd Rose Trem. Hard to get parts

...I won't bother boring you with the specs of this guitar, if you are looking to buy it you will probably already know them already! Just for reference, the model I have is the orange quilt top with maple fingerboard. The Axis has a Floyd Rose, as opposed to the Super Sport which I believe is more akin to a fixed bridge. I am not keen on Floyd Rose trems due to the extra hassle with tuning and changing strings, but that is pretty much all I can fault with this guitar. The neck is absolutely incredible, especially for someone with smaller hands. It is my favourite guitar to play, as it suits my hands so well with its narrow neck and short scale, it's much easier than guitars such as PRS and Jacksons of similar price, which have wider necks. 206 SW - eye catching 206 styling,

Advantages: more space than a standard 206, looks
Disadvantages: spare wheel, noise from rear windows, inconsistent pefrormance

...This is the second 206 SW we have had since new, and the third 206 in total. This was my partners choice of car as I was mainly on the motorbike and she would be using it the most. With the arrival of our child the standard 206 wasn't quite big enough for the luggage, so we went for the SW version (1.4 engine). Despite what the press say, the boot is alot bigger than the standard 206. there is no parcel shelf to remove, just a retractable blind which draws across the boot space if you don't fill it to the roof. The first model we had was ta Agean Blue 1.4 Entice, which had the CD player, electric windows (front) and power steering. The 2nd SW was the Silver Verve 1.4. 206 SW - Reasonable enough, but lacking power

Disadvantages: Underpowered

...We recently went on holiday to Cornwall, and rather than face the 12 hour drive from Edinburgh, decided to fly to Exeter, and hire a car. We ended up with a 206 SW 1.4 - which was a little smaller than what we'd originally ordered, but were reasonably happy with it as basic transport. Unlike the photo (I hope to add some of the car I got, shortly) this is a five door model. The car we got had a 1.4 litre fuel injection engine, with power steering and air cnditioning, it wasn't a top priority, but when the temperature climbed to the 30s - that's 90s in old money!, we were more than grateful! The car itself was described as an 'estate' - I think that was perhaps overstating it - my preference would be to describe it as a 'squareback' - having a 'boxy' back end. Looking to buy a 206?

Advantages: Attractive, economical, spacious.
Disadvantages: Lots of blind spots due to large side columns.

Not only is the 206 a beautifully designed car, it is also very quiet and comfortable to drive. I opted for the smaller 1.1i engine, and was suprised how 'nippy' the car was and how fuel efficent it was, £12.00 would take me around 100miles on average. This car also has alterior benefits such as cheap insurance and tax, which is a brilliant quality if looking for your first car. The added details such as the hidden storage box below the passanger seat, as well as the back seats being capable of folding completely flat make this car very attractive. I brought a peugoet 206cc last year for my girlfriend,so far its not been to bad to us The 1.6 has some kick behind. i got 120mph out it with the roof up. the peugeot has a hard ride to it, the roof works well folding back in about 45 second, streering is quite responsive. The rear seat are a waste of time unless your a child under 7, have had 5 adults in the car on the way home from casino but it is one of the most painful things to do in life. The boot space is good with the roof up and there is some with the roof down. Get a warranty its a must, parts for it are expensive, the roof hydrulic pump went on ours and would have cost us £3K to replace...

...I became the proud owner of a 1.1 206 on my 17th birthday in 2001, receiving what I then saw as my dream car. Three and a half years on and my experiences have been mixed, although mostly positive. The performance is surprisingly sporty for a 1.1, it certainly has enough power for getting around town, and even those long motorway drives to university and back. Although the only vehicles I can compare my 206 with are a 206 Diesel Hdi that I learnt to drive in, a Range Rover and several vans, so this opinion may not be held by others! I feel that it is more attractive than most hatchbacks on sale at the moment, its styling has been described as feminine, and this may put some buyers off, but from some angles it can appear fairly aggressive and sporty.
