...camcorders only have one, which crudely filters the light into the three colours; with 3 CCDs the colours are more realistic and the whole picture sharper and more defined. With proper lighting you can achieve a picture that you would normally get with professional TV cameras; indeed, many American TV networks are now using the XL1 for electronic newsgathering because of its brilliant quality. One aficionado describes it as "looking through a glass window". It's just a shame that you lose a lot of the picture quality when you transfer your edited production onto VHS, but with the growing prevalence of DVD players and the new DVD burners that could change. ...Fireball XL5 I had vague memories of this from when I was a child (I was born 1964) and so I guess must have watched repeats but watching the DVDs brought the series back clearly. Fireball XL5 was the fore runner of Stingray, Captain Scarlet and Thunderbirds. This was on tv in 1962, and Contained 39 episode. Synopsis: Set one hundred years into the future, it is the year 2063, and the 300ft spaceship, fireball XL5 is out in space protecting sector 25. Aboard the spaceship is colonel Steve Zodiac, the sexy blonde doctor Venus and the transparent robot called Robert. At the end of most missions Robert the Robot would announce his catchphrase, "on our way 'ome", due to his inability to pronounce the letter 'H'. ...Selecta ranks up there with The Office, Vicar of Dibley and Im Alan Partridge as my favourite British comedys. After all the Brits are the best at it. Id recommend if youve never seen Bo Selecta to watch it on Friday nights before buying this dvd as like I said before a lot of people dont like it but if you do watch Bo Selecta then this is definately a dvd you should buy. There are a number of extras which were never seen on tv such as Michael Jackson slipping over whilst doing naked chicken skating and Avids illegal immigrant neighbour getting his lines mixed up. There are enough extras to warrant buying this dvd even if youve watched all the episodes on tv. If you buy the pack containing series 1 and 2 together ive seen some places selling the pack at as little as £20 so its definately not a waste of money. As Claire Sweeney said BUY IT!!!... ...the DVD Master XL2 more than just a run-of-the-mill DVD player. Included in the box is a stylish remote control (batteries are included), multi-language instruction manual and cables for the A/V, S-video and SCART connections. The player’s dimensions are slim at 48x430x320 mm (h/w/d) and a lightweight 3.5 kg. One problem I found is that if you own a LG wide screen television this player is probably not for you. There must be a similar frequency between the LG television remote and the DVD remote. This can be seen when using the DVD remote and the television channels & settings change. I have tried it on other television sets and so far have only had problems with the LG. Other than that this is an excellent DVD player. ...? These questions may seem trivial for now but trust me there may well come a time where you wished you'd bought smaller. 2) There's no viewfinder. Although viewfinders are over-used and you cant rely on them for focusing- they do come in handy, and at times you may miss them. Consider doing an extreme angle shot - high or low angle- be this handheld, tripod or jib, without a view finder it is extremely tricky, nay on impossible to see the results as you're shooting. This limiting practicality does also stifle creativity and spur of the moment shots. 3) A small factor, but one that did get me. The XL1 does not support analogue video in signals. If you want to record something onto your camera from an analogue source-say old analogue video footage, something off the tv, or just using the camera as a way of connecting an analogue source to your computer... ...I've had this TV for about 3 weeks now. It was so easy to install and it searched and found all available channels (including all Freeview ones) and was up and running literally within 5 minutes out of the box (which is big)! The sound and picture quality are second to none. The colour creation technology developed by Sony is superb. The connections provided are plentiful including 2 HDMI sockets to connect to, for example, a Blu-ray player, 2 SCART sockets , A/V sockets and connection ports to connect to a PC and a headphone socket. The remote is stylishly designed in silver. This TV is even beautiful when it is switched off. If you want a 32" LCD TV, I would suggest you go out and buy one right now. ...hard as he will tell you to punch to the left but when you are looking at the tv it looks like he punching from the right which is confusing. I have quite a few workout dvd's but find this one i uses muscles that i never knew i had. I like the people in the dvd that he is working with not all skinny and fit there are normal people in the dvd which is good especially if you have not worked out before as you realise that there are other people like you. Overall a good workout if you like to push yourself to the limit. I have ordered some more of his dvd's as i find tae bo hard but very addictive.... Read review

...Hey, this was my first LCD tv purchase, i decided to go for a sony tv becuase i have bought many other sony products and they have all been of the highest quality. My sony psp, mp3 player and playstion 3 for example have all been great investments. All have been of a high build quality and deliver top notch performance. As i established sony as a brand i could rely on i researched sony LCD tvs and found out there was a lot of hype surrounding there excellent performance and picture quality. So i decided to buy this tv as it was in my price range and is deffineltly worth every penny i paid. The picture quality and broad range of colours is amazing and there is no blur with fast moving images and high frame rates. Advantages: Fun, lose weight, get fit, increase flexibility and balance

...level by starting slowly and then working harder until you find yourself virtually punching the lights out of the TV. I found it very therapeutical when I was stressed at work as I imagined that the TV was my boss and it felt good! The people in the video are of a wide age range and you can see they are at different levels of fitness and flexibility – they all seem to be having fun though. If you are extremely fit, this video will not be enough for you, but I can highly recommend the advanced video at this stage. One hour of non-stop HARD exercise. Incidentally I have never managed to finish the advanced video yet. By doing the video regularly you will improve flexibility, balance, strength and fitness.
