...If I had to choose over chocolate or jelly sweets, nine times out of ten I would go for the chocolate! However there is the odd occasion when I am in the mood for something jelly, and a little while ago I was in one of these rare moods. I decided across the road to tesco to see what they had in store. I browsed their shelves in their confectionary aisle, and stopped when something bright green and colourful caught my eye. Reading the title across the top I noticed Jelly Babies was written in block lettering. There was an image of jelly babies themselves scattered everywhere. They looked just like Bassetts jelly babies, and I was quite keen to find out if they were just as delicious! Priced at 90p a bag, I decided I had nothing to lose, and bought them there and then. Having a Baby

Advantages: Makes excellent espresso, cappuccino and latte coffee
Disadvantages: Needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly

...When we decided it was time to start weaning our baby we didn't really know where to start but the health visitor recommended we start off introducing baby rice to our daughter and to take it from there. Again, like I have done with so many other baby products, I stood in the aisle of the supermarket and wondered which brand to buy. Eventually I chose Organix seeing as it was slightly more expensive than the others and the fact it was made from wholegrain so surely packed with all the goodness my baby would need! There are very funny situations in the book, which made me laugh out loud, look out for the part when she is at a baby show and pretends that she has a baby in the pram, or when she pretends that she is in labour early so that she can visit Venetia. There were parts that I was confused about in the book. Quite early on it made it clear that Jess was Becky's long lost half-sister, and that she'd been looking for her - although it did not elaborate on the relationship or how Jess came about to be lost. The writer (Sophie Kinsella) has written other books in this series, though, such as Shopaholic Ties the Knot, Shopaholic Abroad, and Shopaholic and Sister, so it is possible it is the feature of the latter book. ...When I had done all the main shopping for my forthcoming baby, I was left thinking 'what else can I buy that I might possibly need'? This is when I came upon the idea of a baby sling. I considered other more traditional style baby carriers, but thought that a sling might be easier since I was planning to breastfeed. Also the sling is purported to 'hold baby in a more natural position', & provide comfort since they are more cocooned & in a foetal position. Johnsons Baby Lotion is one of my favourite baby products in the Johnson's baby range. It comes in small or medium sized plastic bottle that is pink in colour with a pink screw top that also comes with an open top cap. It is appealing to the eye with it's light pink colour and the words stand out in blue, you can't miss it on the shelves.. You can find it in most supermarkets and chemists; Boots, Superdrug or Savers are where I'd mostly buy mine and think it now retails for approximately £2 - £3 for the 250mL bottle. The lotion itself is pink in colour with a light non greasy texture. When you rub it on your hands and apply to the baby skin, it appears light pink or almost white...

...Lush Ickle Baby Bath: I am reviewing the Lush Ickle Baby Angel Bath Ballistic, you can also get an Ickle Baby Devil and if you are lucky you may be able to get your hands on an old style Ickle Baby Bath. The One I am reviewing is a pale lilac-blue colour. The only difference between them is colour. This is a cheap ballistic be Lush standards at only £1.32, (its still a lot for one bath by a bargain for a Lush Bath). It is oh so tiny and weighs just 30g. It is shaped like a cute little babies face. This is a bit of a let down though, (well in a full sized bath anyway), it doesn?t fizz too much and the smell is very weak once it has dissolved. The reason for this though, (and its tiny size), is these are not intended for full sized baths but for ?ickle baby? baths. In a baby bath these would obviously smell a lot stronger and too much...
