Tomy baby monitors- i hear her snoring

We wanted to save as much money as possible so living at home was the best options until we'd had our daughter Hollie. Bt baby monitor plus was great for us

Advantages: clear sound, can talk to baby to soothe, temperature control
Disadvantages: none really....perhaps too clear for some people?!

...When I was pregnant it was a natural decision to buy a baby monitor for when baby arrived. My husband and I went shopping to Mothercare and actually returned with a Tomy monitor which cost around £40.00 at the time. When we got home we decided to plug it in and give it a try and found that all we could hear were the neighbours! Now whilst this may have been great for being a bit nosy it would have been useless for when our baby arrived so we decided we would have to take it back and opt for a digital monitor. Monitor Your Baby

...Baby Walkabout Advance from Tomy Living in a flat I felt I did not really need the most high tech and expensive of monitors and just needed one that really did the job. I was looking at all the ones available to buy on Amazon and this one sprang out at me. It was not the cheapest monitor going but it certainly was not the most expensive either. Monitors range from about £15 up to an astonishing £100 plus. The latest ones out on the market offer a television screen where you are actually able to see your baby as well as hear their sounds and monitor room temperature. I feel however the television screen is a little bit much and think I would find myself glued to the screen while all the time away from the baby. This particular baby monitor set me back only £29. I think this is a fair price for what you are getting...
