...My daughter loves fruit and vegetables and especial for bananas, she has one for breakfast virtually every morning. One of my work colleague's wife had a recipe for banana cake and he brings a few slices in occasionally and it is gorgeous so I asked him if he could bring in the recipe for me so I could make it for my daughter. This he has done and it is so simple to make and goes down a treat so I thought I would share it with you all. You can make it on your own or if you have a children or children they could give you a hand. If you have a toddler you have probably seen "Big Cook Little Cook" so the children will want to help make it and tidy up.
