...Barbie my scene super bling doll Kennady is a great doll and was very affordable too. I purchased this from toys r us in the beginning of december for £7.99 and it came with a free barbie secrets diary and bag, bargain i thought two presents for £7.99 when together the price should have been well over £20 my daughter thought father christmas had truelly praised her for her behaviour and doing well at school. The doll was dressed in a top and skirt wearing boots and came with lots of things,a second outfit a type of ra ra dress a pair of high heel shoes a handbag, lipstick ,mirror, mobile, mascara and a compact all fitted nicely into the bag a whole lot of stuff that many dolls dont come with and would cost a small fortune to purchase seperatley. All items are standard but should last if looked after easier said then done...

...Genevieve Barbie is another doll for the barbie collection. this doll was made after the DVD was made called barbie and the 12 dancing princesses. Bought from Toys'R'us for £16.99, it also came with a DVD learn how to dance like a ballerina. The doll was pretty much the same price in all the shops, but I didn't see any with the DVD other than Toys'R'us. I love the fact that you can buy a Barbie DVD and buy the doll, this just gives your child more imagination when playing with the doll. The doll came in a big box, which I found hard to open, in fact it took more than 10 minutes to get the doll out, once I got the doll out, all the little wire pieces were knotted, so made even more difficult to undo and the hair was sewn down, which once taken off, makes the hair look a mess, which is annoying when you have a very excited child...

...This Barbie stable and doll set was on last years xmas list along with Tawny the horse.As you do i bought both as you have to have the set...according to my daughter. It comes with Barbie,Tanner the dog,stable and a few other accessories like a grooming brush,sweeping brush ,rake,hay,carrots,feeding trough,etc...oh...and a picture of Tawny....which my daughter thinks hasnt really got a purpose,but it goes with a trophy that Tawny must have won at some point. The stable door opens so you can actually use it,but i dont think there seems to be enough fence panels to actually make a suitable paddock area.You can only make a small rectangle around Tawny,and once Tawny's in Barbie wouldnt have much room,well no room to go in and groom etc,so it doesnt seem to serve much purpose. barbie tawny stable

Advantages: my daughter being happy
Disadvantages: seems cheap and flimsy

...Barbie and Tawny was the most wanted toy last christmas and was very hard to get hold off. my daughters birthday being exactley one month before christmas her combined list was huge. this and Tawny the walking horse was at the very top so with the help of the family we finally found them for her birthday the tawny stable being bought for her from my sister. Thet set cost £20 and included barbie, tanner the dog the stable and a few little bits for me this seemed to expensive for what it is. Barbie is fine the normal standard expected but the stable seems cheap flimsy and could break very easily along with all the tiny bits which are easily lost I think the toy waas exploited and hyped up to much i'm afraid i dont think this is quite good value for money. For these reasons my daughter has to play nicely with this...

...My youngest daughter kept going on about the Barbie house where the toilet flushes and the doorbell rings, so for Christmas we got her the Barbie Totally Real House with Doll. *PACKAGING* The box had a flap which opened to reveal parts of the house, which is a good idea when you want to see what's inside the box. It even had a piece of velcro on the box to keep the flap closed. But when the box needs to be recycled anyway, it seems an unnecessary waste of card. Of course the box pictures all of the accessories included, with captions for the sound effects. *UNPACKING & ASSEMBLY* As with many toys these day, it took an age to unpack and assemble. Far too long to expect any child to wait on Christmas morning. But our daughter is fairly patient, and she did have other things to occupy her with, so this wasn't much of a problem...

...My daughter had this doll given for her birthday after we bought 2 of her friends the doll for their birthdays and she said she wanted one too.We got all ours from Toys R Us and they should have been £19.99 but we on offer for £9.99 which i thought was a bargain as they came in a very large box that included the doll,accessories and the dvd of the film. We had to watch the film loads of times repeatedly...as you do.. The doll had another set of clothes comprising of a denim skirt and a top,with a pair of knee high boots to match,a pair of sunglasses,fan,mobile,lipstick,jewellery,a face mask and a handbag. Overall i thought it was a really good item for the price ,and i think now that Mattel Barbie are making their dolls cooler to appeal to the Bratz fans out there as Bratz have become the popular choice for girls....but Barbies...

Clean up Barbie

...I do not often throw my kids birthday parties, as their birthdays fall just after Christmas, and I have to thrown a party for 2 with me having twins loll. This year I thought I would spoil then and have a party. As my daughter loves Barbie and my son loves Spiderman, I had to have 2 separate tables and 2 lots of Napkins, plates, cups etc, to cater for them both. If I did not get Barbie my daughter would have been upset, so off I went on a journey to try and find everything Barbie, and my was it hard work. I found these Barbie napkins it was the mermaidia ones. They came in a pack of 16, which was more than enough, I even have some left for the next time she has a party loll. I paid £3.99 for these pack of 16, expensive I know but it was a last minute thing, and I think I could have got them cheaper off Ebay, but I did not have time...
