Ghost Bath and Shower Gel

Advantages: Smells *wonderful*, nice to use
Disadvantages: An expensive shower gel!

...I really like the Ghost Bath and Shower Gel. I got given this as a present, because when it comes to shower gel I usually buy the reasonably cheap stuff so it is quite nice to have an expensive one to try and use! I had the Ghost perfume so it was lovely to get the bath and shower gel to match it. The smell of this is absolutely lovely. It is not a heavy smell but quite light with the smells of jasmine, hibiscus, rose petals, spicy sandalwood, vanilla, musk, frankincense, apricots and ambergris (sounds like lots and lots of different smells but they really go well together!) The size of the tube is 200ml. I haven't actually seen this product in the 200ml size that I have in any shops. I have seen it in a gift set with the perfume and body lotion but that is in a smaller size of 50ml and it is not sold individually. I couldn't find...

Estee Lauder Beautiful Bath&Shower Gel

Advantages: Smells nice
Disadvantages: Doesn't foam up or moisturise that much

...I got this as a present a while ago. As I had bought the perfume before and liked it, I guess this was a good, safe present! I really like Estee Lauder products, but I wasn't blown away by this bath and shower gel. The design of the tube is really simple. It has 'BEAUTIFUL' written across the top of the tube in gold letters, and then at the bottom of the tube 'ESTEE LAUDER'. The tube has a plastic flip top which I like as it makes for easy opening/closing if you are using it in the shower. I find flip tops a lot less messy than screw tops. The tube is made from see-through whiteish flexible rubbery plastic which made it really easy to squeeze in order to get the shower gel out. The shower gel itself is an iridescent pink colour, which is really pretty and girly. It is really easy to apply, you simply squirt some out of the tube...

Advantages: Amazing views, Great history, lots to see and do.
Disadvantages: parking!! too many tourists in the summer.

A Pop Tastic Bath?

An Ecotic Bath?

Shaving gel in the bath

...My daughter very kindly bought me some Slazenger 'invigorating body responsive foaming shower gel' for Xmas. Although I received the gift with suitable grace and thanks, I have to say that I thought that it was shaving gel as opposed to shower gel because it came in an aerosol style pressurised container and looked very similar to my usual shave gel. This product comes in an attractive slim purple and green 200ml container with a blue plastic top. The gel is light blue in colour and has a strong masculine aroma, a bit too overpowering for me I am afraid. You don't need to use very much at all as it lathers up really well, just like shaving gel in fact. I respect Slazenger as a quality brand name in sports and leisure but I have to say that I think they are better off making tennis rackets, sorry....

We have had a subtle move from Barbie to Bratz and the bubble bath in the bathroom is testimony to this fact. This particular favourite of the moment is I believe Yasmin and Sacha although I am not sure which is which. PRODUCT AND PACKAGING? The bubble bath comes in a 400ml plastic bottle with pictures of the two Bratz on the front- Yasmin and Sacha (so I am informed).
